Pretty sad I can't get no cheese on my sandwich when they're supposed to be cheese on the sandwich

This location is the worst arbys our family gets take out once a week from here. Three weeks ago cold roast beef sandwich, 2 weeks ago missing sandwich for the kids today missing another sandwich. Will not go back

Every thing is great except I order crinkle fries got curly, they tasted fine just not what I order

Food was awful I took it back 2nd sandwich was wayyyy better. The mgr that day was so professional and nice!

The food was nasty the tea had no ice I ask for light ices they gave me no ice, the tea was very weak the French fries were not hot they were not fresh they were very nasty.everything was nasty.

Arbys is gods blessing on this earth. The wagyu burger is pretty mid but the gyros are an 11/10.

Prices are increasing significantly while food quality and service have decreased. The least they can do is take a moment to make sure the meat and sauce is actually on the bun not all over the container or their new sandwich "bags" which are horrible and leave the bun soggy. They also randomly close early sometimes and don't let people wishing to order at the drive-thru know in any way.

They always customize my salad to gyro meat and I get the Taziki for salad dressing. Lower carb

It was a long day of travel when we arrived home we decided to pick up a quick meal. The Smashburger closed down so Arby's was down the road a ways. We ordered the smoked brisket sandwiches because their advertising talked it up so much. When we got the meal home and started eating, it was awful. Dry and stale. The fries were also dry and stale and as if we got the crumbs from the bottom of the bin. I'm guessing the sandwiches were pre made and sitting under a heater.

Fast. Friendly. Good service. Fast food at Arbys has gotten expensive. New hamburger fries and regular drink is $14

Sandwiches were not exactly fresh. My favorite curly fries were not freshly cooked either.

We were in a 24 foot box truck that wouldnt fit in the drive thru. Even though the lobby was closed the manager was kind enough to take our order standing outside. Excellent customer service and super friendly.

Good food and correct order and fast prep, good job at this Arby's on beechmont in Anderson I will eat here again.

Ordered a double beef and cheddar and the bottom bun us harder than ron jermey making a movie just awful.

Stopped for dinner one day and noticed they served breakfast. Went to try breakfast and was disappointed. Menu said, croissant sandwich meal for 6?
We both ordered meal and total was 18? I question the total and was told egg and drinks were extra! Won't be going back.

Very poor service when going thru the drive thru today. Lady was looking mad at the world and I got about 1 sauce out of her for my 2 9 piece nuggets. She was very rude. 12/30/21

Fast and delicious. Ordered the 9 piece boneless wings and told em to keep the crinkle fries which I don't like. Also got a regular roast beef. The wings are about the best fast food boneless wings you'll find. And my roast beef was tender and tasty. A great noontime meal!
