American Restaurant Arby's reviews
15So I got there and ordered two roast beef sliders. The cashier read the order back right and the screen had the right order too. After I got my food I started eating it and saw the sliders looked like they had brisket instead of roast beef. Went back in and the manager told the people to make three roast beef sliders because we ordered brisket thinking it was roast beef. The cashier said no they ordered the correct thing the cook messed up. They then checked the order and the cashier was right.
Food was cold! My Beef & cheddar hardly had Cheddar on it! Was very disappointed this time!
The manager wouldn't except a online coupon the website was down, I received cold, chewy fries, when I called the manager Sarah hung up on me 2x, she was short and rude. Terrible dinner and poor management training
I placed an online order for a certain time but showed up early.the lady at the counter checked my phone and filled my order, even though it hadn't reached their system, yet.very good service!
Ordered a burger and bacon chicken ranch, they didn't put anything on the sandwiches, chicken was hard you couldn't eat it.
Went to drive thru today and was overcharged, lied to, and then served cold food. When we went inside to talk to the manager the same person that was at drive thru said he was manager (I find that hard to believe) was rude and unprofessional. Would recommend to go elsewhere for a meal.
Food was cold and stale, crinkle cut fries that looked like the bottom of the barrel nubs and rock hard because they were more than likely sitting all-day or DAYS old.
The pop needed changing out. It tasted flat. No fizz, no flavor, and warm? Which was odd and gross. Meh.
This was the Arby's on Snow Rd in Brookpark, Ohio (near the Giant Eagle)
The American steak burger looks nothing like in the ad. The We got it around noon & nothing was fresh. The lettuce is shredded extremely thin amongst being old & wilted. The cheese was thin & looked as if it been sitting awhile. It's overpriced costs $7. It costs more than than ur time & gas to go therefor a burger worth $2. I would never order it again!
Love the King's Hawaiian Fish Sandwich - and not because of Lent, but because it tastes good any day of the week. I always have steaks or burgers on Friday anyhow.
It was refreshing to get to sit down inside an Arby's! All other Arby's refuse to open their dining rooms so we do not patron them. The food was fresh, and delicious. The lobby was clean and the lady at the counter was awesome!
Every time I have come to this location I've gotten a very good service. The staff is very friendly and very nice. Food is always good. Place is always clean.
The customer service was great, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The new steakhouse garlic ribeye sandwich no. It was tough and pink, which I removed, and I'm going to give to Buster. I like my steak medium well, but this was a sandwich. It was also supposed to have Swiss cheese. I received cheddar. I only enjoyed the aioli sauce and the fries.
Service is good. Food tasty and hot. I've read thus Arby's is the 4th oldest Arby's in the USA with the original building still utilized. This will end soon as a new structure is arising as I text. Will be interesting to view come spring time 2023 when completed to view the new building. I don't know if the new restaurant structure will have a double drive through? Time will tell. Crew is generally good though at times speaks off the cuff regarding neighborhood riff raff. I could do without worthless gossip not of interest to me. Mostly trite and inaccurate anyway. However, if someone robs the bank across the street which has occurred in the last several months that I find of interest.
It's an Arby's. This is a really good one though. It isn't hyperbole to call this the best one I've been to.
They are hella fast and all the stuff comes out piping hot.
