Arby's, Coshocton OH

I love my Arby's but.the inconsistency across mid Ohio is ridiculous. I have to visit four different stores to get one good drink one good french fry one good sauce and one good sandwich this is crazy ️ I want to mention I appreciate the workers. I still eat Arby's all the time with inconsistent food but I'm grateful for all fast food employees serving me a hot meal. Because I couldn't handle that job.

Decent, was sorta slow but was just about noon. Food was hot so couldn't complain to much. Recommend if your a Arby's fan.

Order the loaded diablo fries and diablo chicken sandwich and they left out half the ingredients. I received fries with cheese and jalapeños and a chicken sandwich with just a piece of chicken, a slice of cheese, and a pound of powder, i had to use the shake to was down all the dry seasoning.it would cost me more in gas to go back and get the right stuff or a refund.come on arbys.so disappointing.have pictures but I don't see an option to upload. Not impressed

Bought a meal through the drive thru around 11 AM, my fries were mediocre temperature, my sweet tea was absolutely repulsive and disgusting with no remaining ice in it, and my cup of cheese was half full (if that) and completely COLD. My sandwich was alright but couldn't eat the fries or cheese at the temperature they were given to me. Had to dump my drink out and get something else. Just awful.

We eat here occasionally.not really a fast food type person so don't indulge that much in fast food.with that being said, I do enjoy their food when eating out. I haven't any complaints with this Coshocton Arby's

I ordered the ranch cheddar chicken and received a sandwich with NO CHEESE, 2 CHICKEN TENDERS, AND THEY WERE COLD! The lady at the window was in such a hurry that I felt like she was throwing my food at me and almost dropped my drink.

Frys were old, they did make us fresh frys alot of ppl working but no was at front cash register very smoke in there! Will not go back for along time!

I decided to give this location a second chance. That was a mistake. Waited at least 3 minutes in the drive thru at the speaker waiting for someone. Noone was in line or in the restaurant. There were like 3 cars in the lot. Waygu meat was frozen. Shake machine was down for cleaning at 11: 30 in the morning. Seriously.

Arby's is a popular place so there is usually a line at the drive-thru, the problem is only 1 is open. Service is fast and accurate, always served with a smile.

Super yummy, naturally gluten free milkshakes (vanilla and chocolate as far as I know). Mmm! Super thick too

Horrible food, food was cold, didn’t get what we asked for, took forever to get waited on, food sat on the kitchen window for 30 minutes, employees played music on personal speaker really loudly, all employees left and went outside and smoked at the same time, gave free food to someone before serving the paid customers.

Went there and it took over 15 minutes to get my foodand it was ice cold. They had a new guy working which is fine but he kept saying he was doing best he could bc 4 ppl standing around staring instead of helping.

Sat at the drive thru Saturday at 6 o'clock for 20 minutes. The worker said we are short on help and we told her I hope out food isn't cold. She reassured us it wasn't. Well yes it was cold don't recommend this place!

Didn't get our order right. No popper. But she never charged us. Cashier called for help.she could not make change. Needed someone with math skills. Shakes were good.

Went through the drive thru at 9pm tonight. They were clearly open and it showed online that they were open until 10pm. We sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer, even said "Hello? " a few times just in case they didn't hear us pull in. Meanwhile, there are two other people behind us waiting. We eventually gave up and drove off and while we drove by the window, there was an employee in the drive thru window filling a drink staring right at us driving by. So clearly someone was working the drive thru but just ignoring it. There also weren't any other cars parked in the parking lot or at the drive thru window so I don't know whose drink order he was filling. As we drove away, we watched the same exact scenario happen with the car that was behind us in line. Very, very poor service tonight from Arby's. We won't be returning for awhile. I am never one to complain and I usually don't, but I have worked in customer service for years and this was absolutely awful customer service.
