Very dissatisfied will never go to Tuffy's ever again was in an accident and wanted to get something fixed and they said it was nothing but wear and tear so the insurance company refused to fix my vehicle based on one of their mechanics said it was nothing but wear and tear never again will I go there

I ordered the gyro and it was really good. Manager was super friendly and service was fast. I will definitely be going here again. Thanks for a good lunch at a great price!

I may have gone too far with 3 stars, Yesterday my chicken sandwich was dry (maybe sat too long?) And I Always get harassed about fries and a drink when I don't order them especially when I say thats all after my order is placed. They need Pepsi!

Just went through the drive through on 8-2-22 and holy cow the food was terrible. I got a French dip swiss and instead of sliced and nice and neat it looked like all the shavings that fell on the floor and balled up and put on my sandwich. Then the taste was not what it used to be. Then the other sandwich my buddy got looked like the left over meat that fell on the floor and waded up in a ball. Not sure if they switched roast beef from sliced to wadded ball of meat but I hated it. Couldn't even stomach the rest of this and I was super hungry. Bad bad experience.

I don't visit this location that often due to it not being on my normal commutes, but when I do I am not disappointed. Always fresh food and friendly customer service.

Currently spewing my guts at work after I stopped here for lunch. YOU GAVE ME FOOD POISONING.

Don't waste your time or money. I went in for lunch, well after the normal lunch hours. There weren't many other customers and it still took 10 minutes for food that was not fresh. The also did not get the order correct. Medium combo meal that was not hot, got small fries instead medium, no napkins in the bag and it took forever.

Food was cold and person in window was extra rushy. Ask for large mocha shake in drive thru. Got around to het food ask where my shake was. They didnt hear me and said no add ons at window. I just drove off. Grrr

They never get my order right, and couldn’t answer a simple question I had. It is obvious that they are trying to work too fast, and don’t care if they do their job correctly.

Very good service. Asked for food to be fresh. Came out the window hot and fresh. Awesome when a fast food company actually listens and provides in this day and age

This is an addition to an earlier review. Literally just left this location where I ordered a medium Reuben meal with a bottled water and a cookie. I was even asked if I wanted sauce like when I usually get a whole meal. I made it all the way back to work just to find out the fry wasn't even put in the bag.

Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant, so I may be a little biased. But I have always had good experiences at this location. Food has always been hot and fresh. Employees are always friendly.

I ordered 4 beef & cheddars, a kids meal, 4 piece jalapeno poppers & my fried food was cold/stalethey only gave me 2 packs of arbys sauce & 2 packs of horsey sauce for 4 sandwiches, 1 napkin. My beef & cheddar had 1 tablespoon of cheese on it, which made for a very dry sandwich, especially since I got shorted on sauce.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would went through the drive through completely messed up the order then when I tried to have her fix it she just kept telling me that we are the timer I need to hurry and tell her what the problem then just telling me that I’m Very confusing she was super rude

I rarely get fast food, and if I do I try not to advertise it. But this place has the BEST RANCH DRESSING OF ALL TIME

Mike (assistant manager) was EXTREMELY patient and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond. Whenever I'm in this area, I'll be sure to stop back.
