Waited for 45 minutes in drive thru, never got my food. They just turned the lights off and started closing after I had ordered.

Tried the new diablo chicken sandwich and loaded diablo fries. It was differently spicey hot, but the bun was cold, small piece of chicken an the cheese wasn't melted on it. The fries were totally cold an the cheese sauce was close to cold. It also took quite some time to get our order. The person theirselves were very polite tho. Im sure the sandwich an fries would have been great had they been served hot as in hot temperature not the spicey hot.

LOVE our double Roast Beef Sandwiches but COME ON MAN with your CHICKEN Chicken sandwich very sub par if not way below average n ur chicken nuggets just as bad.stick to Roast Beef Got pictures! ‍️

Service was great! Food was just so so. The "chicken bacon ranch sandwich" it's literally two chicken strips on a bun with some veggies

I called and talked to Bobby, he said that he was the manager. He was extremely rude. I will not be back to this location. No one deserves to be treated like that

Well we asked if they had a classic special going on and the lady said they don't have the 2 classic for $6.00 right now only the beef and cheddar 2 for $7.00 deal well when we pulled around the sign said 4 for $10.00

Point is they were not busy at all yet didn't even have enough time to tell or know what they had on special.

Navarre store is very dishonest. Will never shop there again. Poor service and I think they adjust their scales to improperly deceive you. Worst Arby's ever.

Came across a very friendly manager whom expidited my order. Food was good fresh & hot. I ordered the classic french dip & swiss sandwich.

My husband and I ordered via drive-thru. One of the items was a Market Fresh Turkey Swiss add bacon with extra mayo and red onion. There was no turkey on sandwich. Woman was rude when it was returned remade sandwich and put one slice of Turkey on sand 3oz should be on it. Will go to a different store!

I don't know where this Arbys got their employees.but they are amazing. I love them all. Great customer service.so nice it made me cry today. My Friday go to with my daughter. Professional, caring, always hot food. The gentleman manager is wonderful. Made my whole day?

Every time I go there they are not open, not even the dt. I’m told at the speaker that no one showed up to work except this mgr or I’ll drive by at 6,7pm and they’re closed for the day already. It’s fine…there’s another arby’s 5 min away that’s open regular hrs and wants my business.

Good food. I hear that the Smokehouse burger tastes better than that sloppy joe your xwife made

I ordered dinner through door dash tonight my smoked brisket was good but the fries was so old they tasted like they've been sitting there all day. They was clumped together and hard and nasty. My grandson couldn't even eat them. I ordered a vanilla shake i never recieved. I will never eat from here again. And no it wasn't door dash fault he was right on time

Disappointed! Went to drive thru at 8: 27 pm& you were closed! Need to update restaurant hrs!

Bad all around, missing food try to tell them when I called. I was looking at my receipt and was told that's not what they had on there order. Very rude on phone would have gave them minus stars if they would let me do so a wasted $60 for sure never go there again.

I've had great service with this location the employees are nice and have been doing a great job at customer service. The food is always hot and fresh when I receive it.

Horrible. They mess up the order EVERY time we come here, and on top of that, NONE of the employees were wearing their masks properly. One employee wasn’t wearing one at all.

So the KFC down the road is so absolutely bad! The people there were so rude and didn't even care we were there. So it was a very big relief when we came here during our next visit and they were so NICE to us! Thankful for the amazing service! Keep it up please!
