Arby's, Clyde OH

We went through the drive through for a few sandwiches for the road. My wife got a classic roast beef sandwich and I had a couple sliders. They were made to look like the advertisement and tasted great. The window server was very patient, cheerful and professional.

Ordered 2 5 piece stuffed jalapeños and two sandwiches apparently the person filling the order doesn't know how to count to 5 as both orders had 4 poppers each

No Jamocha shakes (machine broken?) and no potato cakes.

This place has gone down hill fast. Shake machine is constantly broken, and my sandwich looked as if someone sat on it, of which I did not eat for obvious reasons.

To the Arby's manager. Please post your pre-fabricated, disingenuous, copy and paste response below and continue to do absolutely nothing about the deployable service and products that come from your facility.

This Arby’s has gone downhill. Used to be our favorite but probably won’t go for a while. They are putting way less meat and cheese on the beef and cheddar sandwiches (for a second I didn’t think they put any cheese on mine but then found 1 tiny dollop), milk shake machine has been down for a while, fries are so bad that we went to Wendy’s right after to get better fries. Quality does not match their higher prices.

Meat was hanging all out of the bun, the curly fries were cold and overcooked, and of course no shakes because the shake machine is still down and has been for the better part of last year. Just a reminder of why I stopped going there!

Yummy yummy roast beef and cheddar on regular buns are the most of my favorite foods to eat but I didn't eat there everyday. Lol

Good service, friendly associates. Our meal was very good.however not hot or really warm
We dined in but was rather chilly! Very clean dinning area also bathrooms!

This place has great hours. Sometimes I need some food after getting off work at 6 am and this place is usually open. Food is always good and most of the time it is timely. Staff is friendly as well.

French fries were cold, shake machine did not work, did not have ham n cheese sliders, cashier/waiter was not friendly. Would not stop at this particular arbys ever again

Cold food, terrible service. Should be shut down. Not worth half money they charge.

The Drive Thru has been notorious for being SUUPPEERR slow. Has bee like this for at least 15 years if not more. Also the shake machine at tbis specific location has been "out of order" pretty much the entire summer.

We came through the drive thru last night and sandwiches were made poorly, even after they attempted to correct the problem. The attitude of one of the employees was poor as well. Completely disappointed!

The meat had a real strange texture to it something I've never experienced before, so I probably won't go back.

It's just ok. I went through the drive through for convenience then had to go inside because they forgot the drinks

Chicken was old and my large curly fry was a joke. Done with this location. But hey they had a boombox going so loud i had to repeat what sauce 3 times.

Everytime I'm out this way I stop at this location and I'm not disappointed. Food is always fresh, staff is always kind.

I came through the drive through and usually it’s pretty good service at this location.
First my drink order was wrong so I did check to make sure all my food was in my bag and headed home. Once I got home I realized my crinkle cut fries were fresh and the curly ones were literally hard as a rock. Not warm at all, cold and hard as if they had sat for hours with no potato even left on the inside they were so dried up. Very disappointed. I called on the store to let them know and all they could say was they didn’t know how it happened.
Be accountable. I get things are rough with people being short handed but serving bad food instead of asking to wait a extra 2 minutes for fresh fries isn’t a big leap. Definitely won’t ever return to this location. Poor point of care & service very disappointed.

Roast beef can have a little more meat and fries could be a little more crunchy other than that good deal
