Arby's, St Clairsville OH

So, hmmm, what in the world happened to Arbys original onion bun? Its been changed! And the roast beef seemed lower quality. Major bummer! Jamocha shake amd fries have stayed tried & true. Service was speedy & customer service was very good & personable! The jalepeno poppers were piping hot & delish! The 3 stars is more about the change in the bun.come on! This is your signature sandwhich your playin' with!

Love their roast beef and crinkle fries. Glad they have the peppermint shakes. Great place to get fast food.

Never been inside the store. But they are nice at the drive through. They got really good Mocha Shakes and sandwiches for sure.

ODERED 2 Barq's Root Beer Lg no ice what I got was 1 correct. Next one lg no ice but when I put my straw in n took a drink it was just carbonated no Barq's Rootbeer. Yuck.
Sandwiches n fries n bowl of roast beef was great.

Would like to get a new lg Rootbeer next visit.

Last visit husband got one of your burgers n it was so small more bun than burger.

Attempted to get a meal at Arby's, totally love the chain. Lobby is locked. They refused to take an order by walk up to the drive through. I have a truck that will not fit. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible. Service. They forgot my au ju went around to get it was told they were out. I politely said if you told me i would of ordered something else. I said that twice. No offer for a different meal. Or refund. I was stuck with what i got. 8pm monday oct 17th was when i went thru. All i got was sorry we will have some tomorrow. You probably need to teach the girl at the window about customer service. I will not be back.

This place is a joke. I went there to get 2 sandwiches I was over charged. Given the wrong order and was called a name that I can't even put on here. Have called twice and the franchise owner can't even call to see if they can make it right. My family and myself will never be here again or to any of there other stores

The problem seems to be lack of quality control. If these fast food places focused on quality control more they could improve their sales without a doubt.

Like the food but most of the times the drive through lane is almost out into the road can't go in half the time the dinning room is locked.

Lady that took our order via the headset had a very negative attitude and was impolite. Occurred today at 1: 45 for lunch. However food was good.

I have gone to some Arby's where the bread was stale or food was cold, but not here, quick service, good, fresh hot food!

Wanted to eat in but dining room closed ordered a med roast beef meal with Mtdew and crinkle fies
Got coke and nasty curly fries that were fried in very old oil. Sandwich was only redeemable part of meal. One of the girls was eating while taking orders. Hope she didn't handle food

Very unpleasant service a co-worker of mine was given the wrong food and the girl at the register acted like he had no right to ask for different food.

Often forgotten restaurant that makes great sandwiches with quality products and friendly service. Each location has its own vibe and this place has always been a positive one.

Every time i go here they for get a sandwich. Then you go back thru the drive thru and they give you a hard time like you are stealing what they forgotten.
So the last time i called. The manager was rude and again treated me like i didnt buy them. $ 2.50 plus the drinks adds up mam

The food isn't my favorite, but the fries are great.

Sadly, I won't be returning, because the company who owns arby's doesn't think it's employees should have better wages despite years of increased profits, despite the fact that the wage offered at Arby's isn't enough for one person to pay for rent + bills for a month. Fast food workers have hard enough jobs as is, at least pay them a livable wage, not all these people are highschool students loving with their parents, some have families to support, or even just themselves.

Until things change I'll be staying away from Arby's

Fantastic service! Food is always fresh & the ladies are always so friendly! I come through weekly and I’m never disappointed. Also it was nice to see everyone was wearing their masks.
