Arby's, Fremont OH

Wagyu burger is over-hyped for the quality of the sandwich. Fries weren't hot right from the drive through either. At least they're good at roast beef sandwiches.

Came inside to order. Lady was very nice and friendly. I had a pretty decent size order. I came home to eat my sandwich and there was a plastic tab that holds the bag to a loaf of bread in my sandwich! Tried calling 3 times and nobody will answer.

I selected a one because there was nothing lower to choose from. We went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 25.00 worth of food, to only end up warring it. It was all stuffed into a thin paper bag and as the person working at the window was handing it out the window the bag was wrapping, So he hurried and stuffed it through the driver’s window and shut his window. The food went all over my husband as well as all over our vehicle. He was well aware of the situation and threw an empty bag at my husband, but didn’t stop to think to ask if he was burnt when the hot au jus dumped all over him. And to top it off we tried calling several times and no one would answer the phone. I would bet if I call corporate they would answer their phone and I fully intend to do so.

Easily THE worst food I've ever gotten at any arby's. The meat (beef and cheddar) was cut too thick so the pieces were flopped on the sandwich, sticking out of the bun (see pic) making it difficult to eat, the fries were old and cold, very gross and the cookie (salted caramel) was in pieces, also probably old. I went inside to order about 7: 45 pm for take out, the door said inside was open till 10pm, but the pop machine was shut off and there was a chain in front of the line. Luckily i was in the company vehicle where they always keep paper towels. I surely wouldn't have had enough with the 3 napkins they gave me. It was a total mess to eat. Stay away from this Arby's, IMHO! Oh, and they charged me tax for a take out order. The order taker was very nice though, but still not enough for an additional star!

Husband placed our order. Included asking for four cups of water. Got to the window at the drive thru and she thought he only asked for one. Then proceeded to give us smaller cups for the other three.

The staff are so friendly ️ and helpful. The restaurant is very clean and the lighting is perfect in the evening. I didn't have time to dine in, but I will next time. It was around 7pm.

Ordered 2 hushpuppy breaded fish dinners. The dinners were cold. Definitely not worth the 26.00 we paid for them. Will not order from there again.

Spoke with Tonya, manger on duty today.she was very pleasant and handeled the problem well.she was very apologetic for a situation, she wasn't on duty for.

We got there at 10: 55 exact when you guys close at 11. We seen at least 2 workers as we were pulling up but you guys decided to not take our order at all and say you are closed now when u actually weren't closed.

I did wait for my Turkey Gyro, but it was hot, fresh and delicious! Associates were polite, friendly and apologized for my wait. Food does not disappoint here!
