Arby's, Hillsboro OH

My buffalo chicken sliders were dry. Half the chicken had no sauce. The bun was ridiculously soaked with sauce. I asked for light ranch. They only had a small drop on the sliders. 2 of them tasted like pickles. My small curly fry was soggy. This was overall unpleasant visit.

Drive thru wasn't too slow conceringit was southern state graduation. And people were ordering bigger orders. I tip the cashier looked like she was getting aggravated with rude customers. They are just trying to do there job. So a little kindness goes along way

Went thru the drive thru.order was wrong (got 2 small sandwiches that I didn't order), warm coke with no ice. Asked for extra Arby's sauce and got salt instead. Wow. The girl at the window was more worried about given my dog a treat than getting my order right.

Says they open at 7 went through drive through pre recorded person saying sorry we are open at 7. Tried the doors they were locked went back through the drive through and the same thing. Waited until 7: 10 and still not open finally had to leave.

Friendly, fast service. Our young man at the drive thru gave a wonderful vibe. Thanks-they even had great deals PLUS blueberry lemonade!

You close at 10 but lock the doors and don't answer the drive-thru at 9: 30. Then proceeded to turn off the lights knowing your still OPEN and you have a customer.

2022- the food has improved a bit but not consistently.

We ordered several items. I got the Market Fresh Turkey and bacon sandwich. There were two tomato slices the size of a fifty cent piece. And there wasn't even enough turkey to even cover the bread with only one thin slice! Plus there was no bacon anywhere to be seen. Never any consistency and not worth the money for sure.

It was nice I haven't been to Arby's in a while, the people were friendly through the drive-thru that greeted me and said have a nice day overall a good experience I look forward to going back.

Super-greasy everything. All of us didn't feel good shortly afterwards.
Did like plastic container for my no bun meal (seriously).
Liked sauces out on drink bar.
Staff was nice so whatever it was with the food was the only real problem.

Good food, just slightly higher prices. But that's to be expected if you want good food.

I like Arby's pretty well, has good roast beef, different kinds of potatoes and every one is delicious love their turnovers

The food was clearly not fresh and they didn't ring up the food correctly. Not to mention the wait. I normally love Arby's but today was not the best.

Not good. Unfriendly staff. Raw uncooked meat. Got another sandwich not any better. Staff very rude!

I really like Arby's. They are extremely high but they do have good food. Found out that they did away with the potato cakes. Those were just sooo good. Gonna miss that. I had a French Dip with swiss. Au jus to dip it in. Totally off the chain. Yummy! I also got their sliders roast beef slider and a chicken slider (actually those were for my 2 dogs. 2 of em for each dog) I of coarse had to test them first. And I loved them and the price wasn't too shabby either. The lady at the window was fabulous. She even gave my dogs a chicken nugget. They enjoyed that.

They are some of the nicest people in the restaurant franchise and the fast drive thru in town when not short handed

Their food wasn't hot their milkshake wasn't mixed up all the way but overall the quality of the food was good I would say
