Arby's, Tipp City OH

Arbys is my favorite fast food.
Tipp city arbys is my least favorite fast food.
On top of 40min wait times, you'll be greeted by a gentleman whose energy says opiates, but whose teeth say meth.
On the bright side, after that at least you get like 70-80% of the food you ordered so not all bad.
Why do I have all this time to write a review? Well, I was planning on spending the time eating, but since that didn't work out.

A few weeks ago my family went through drive through and when we were 15 minutes down the road we realized we were missing a classic roast beef sandwich. The food we did get was cold and fries were way over cooked.

Not a great experience. LONG wait from ordering to when I actually exited the drive thru. I was overcharged and it took several minutes going back and forth with some type of manager to get a refund on the extra (very expensive) beverage they charged me for. The beef on my French dip was also VERY overcooked. The curly fries weren't fresh. I love Arby's and this store just disappointed. Overall, I wouldn't stop at this location again.

Asked if they could put the turkey, bacon ranch sandwich into a wrap… (sure no problem). Looks like a kindergartener tried to make this wrap. Gave us Mac n cheese with no silverware.just what you want to do eat your Mac n cheese with your fingers while driving on the interstate. Sliders we ordered had obviously been sitting for awhile. Disgusting food! The curly fries were fresh and hot and the ice was good that’s about it. Would love to post a pic of my wrap for a good laugh but don’t see anywhere to do that.

I stayed at the hotel next to this place for two weeks, tried going inside to order food probably 3-4 times and walked out every time. Not once in the four times I went in there did a worker even acknowledge me let alone take my order. Some were on their phones and some looked like they just blatantly didn’t care. Tried to call to complain to a manager but nobody answered. Probably missed out on thousands of dollars between my crew and the five other ones staying at the hotel.

Don't know why but service at the drive thru is almost always slow. You really have to want the food and have patience. Bring a magazine.

Always Excellent. Gyros Fantastic, Service Excellent! Love the atmosphere too! I eat at many restaurants and these guys are the Best! So many fall very short of quality even the more expensive restaurants!

Its the people who work here that make the differnce!

When I say i want a lot of horsey sauce thats what I mean. If you want to charge me for it thats fine but give me what I asked for please. I'd like to know by who's definition 2 sauces for 5 sandwiches is a lot and this happens every time I come. Get rid of the sauces if you don't like giving them out.

I come to this location on a fairly regular basis on my way to work but the second time I'm wondering where's "the meat! "

They are one of your better fast food restaurant. We went for the 2 for $6.00 and got the fish sandwich plus I got a turkey wrap. The wrap is fantastic I may have to go get more in a few days.

Since my team and I at Barnes Wildlife Control work in Tipp City often, we find ourselves here often and are never disappointed with the service or food.

I recently returned to this store and I must say, Karen rocks! That lady can run a crew and her hospitality is outstanding! I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars! Karen needs a raise and you could use a few more slices of roast beef on the sandwiches, that would be good too!
