13Arbys is good as always.i ordered a beef and cheddar but the cheddar was everywhere but on the sandwich. The girl at the window acted as if she didn’t want to be there.i guess this is the type of worker you get these days.by the way it was 3: 21pm on Sunday
It depends on what crew is working. When the younger people are working the standards for everything goes way down. On top of everything I had to wait for my food and it was cold and dried out. Normally if you wait for food it's hot, but not if you're unlucky enough to have the mid day crew. I've gone later at night and early in the morning and get great service and hot food. The crew I had today was decent at service but horrible at food. And Arby's is one of the more expensive fast food restaurants out there so I expect better quality out of them. Today was a big disappointment going there. Booo
Wonderful! The menu is not just the average Mexican food. It's full of surprises with unique selections!
The atmosphere is definitely festive!
Beware. Now I know why this Arby’s never looks that busy. They weren’t busy when we went. No Arby’s sauce on the beef and cheddar, meat tasted over cooked terribly, despite saying the order 3 times we were given 2 6-piece cheese sticks instead of one (and paid for it per the receipt) without marinara (never offered). Employees giving off they don’t care, service shows it, and management must not care to have good employees.
WARNING Do not go to this Arby’s! On Friday, August 25th my father card was mirrored and stolen after he went through the drive through. The person (he knows who he is) charge 10 charges for over almost 1000.00 We are calling the police and spoke to the manager. We are disgusted and disappointed that this restaurant sits in affluent “safe” area in the city, yet it employs thieves who steal from the elderly. My family WILL NEVER GO

I asked for no cheese on my slider and of course there was cheese. This is the 2nd time it's happened
I don't care for Arby's except the jalapeno poppers but it was good this time. The turnovers weren't as puffy as usual but were a nice golden brown. I do miss the baked potato and potato cakes.
Tried the online ordering today for pick up. I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived 1 minute afterthe scheduled pick up time and they were bagging everything up. All the food was nice and hot, the fries weren't old ones thrown in an order. Everything was great and I forgot to mention when you order online there are deals you wouldn't necessarily see if you went to the store.
The food was cold. The portion sizes have been reduced. The fish sticks were very small. For $50 it was not worth it.
Went in and the breeze way door closed so fast and with such force it hit me! Went up to order, (2 beef and cheddar, large jamocha shake, and water) and paid. I was given a kid size water cup. Thanks for the tiny water after I just paid $15 for my food. I could see if that's all I asked for, but it wasn't, so give me a regular sized cup! Then we were told that it would be a few minutes on the shake. Someone forgot to turn the froster back on after cleaning it this morning. No big deal. However, the staff all went to the back to cut up, loudly, while we waited for our food. Never got it. We waited 7 minutes before just going and asking for a refund. And of course when the employee went to go get a manger, another employee came out to ask if we got our food. What a joke this location was! I also want to add that I have NEVER asked for a refund in this manner. I work in food and try to be as understanding as possible, but this was ridiculous. I would avoid this location if you have standards for the good locations in the chain. You will be disappointed.
Burger was nasty! It was overcooked and dry. I thought I was at McDonald's! The curly fries were cold and hard. Disgusting.
Service was major league. Fast, kind, friendly.
Bring back the baked potato and I'll order something more appetizing. Deal?
Whoever was running the drive through today around 2 p.m. Needs to maybe not interact with the public. Rude! She rushed me several times and then proceeded to practically scream at me when I didn't answer at the window immediately. Honestly thought she was speaking into her headset because she wasn't looking at me when she was talking. I kinda drove away shocked that it was allowed and also that she hasn't been accosted by customers with less restraint. Honey.if it's that bad and making you that unhappy.maybe quit.
