Arby's, Mentor OH

I ordered mozzarella sticks, a Dr Pepper and a roast beef sandwich. My mozzarella sticks were half cooked, my drink wasn’t even cold and had no ice. Not to mention the drink didn’t have the syrup taste to it. Not sure if he was the manager but he had his hand wrapped up without a glove handling food. Won’t be going back.

Slow service, ice machines for fountain drinks not working.
Under staffed.
Will never return to that location!

I just recently got food from the drive through. Ordered through the app and picked up my food promptly. Everything was so old and gross we had to throw it all out. I ordered a French dip and they just gave me a regular roast beef sandwich and didn't even say anything about it, just were hoping I wouldn't notice I guess? Maybe they needed to get rid of it with the other old food.

Super disappointed, threw out over 20 dollars worth of food. Tried contacting Arby's support for a refund 4 separate times now as it's been 4 days and I have heard nothing from them.

I'm going to leave another review on here because I still have not been contacted by your team. I filled several reports on your website and also using the link you provided and I have not heard back from anybody yet.

Just looking for a refund for having to had to throw out over 20 dollars with of inedible food that was given to us, that's all. I've filled out like 4 forms already, please have somebody get in touch with me ASAP or just provide the refund already

Fix your parking lot.
Waited forever in drive through for the most simple combo, with no other customers there. Fries were still kinda old.

I tried the wagyu burger, was good but didn't really taste any different than any other hamburger

Awful. Ordered diablo chicken for the first time and when I opened it, it was a completely flat piece of chicken the fries tasted as if they had been sitting there. I was offered to be made new food but I had to get to work and no refund was offered.
