17Bunch of minors working there who left us in the drive-thru waiting and wondering if we were going to be able to order while the manager left the property
We pulled up to the drive thru and someone took our order. So we pulled to the side window and just kept waiting. Someone finally opened the window to tell us they had stopped taking orders and were closing early because of slow business. So we had to go somewhere else. We always seem to have issues with this particular location.
It didn't have anyone there that could work the slicer therefore we did not get the food we were wanting to order We had to wait My boyfriend had to go inside and ask what was going on because we were left in the drive-thru waiting for someone to take our order which never happened very disappointed
What a joke today was, stopped to get lunch with my wife. Ordered a crispy chicken wrap and I got a another buffalo chicken wrap very spicy wrap just fell apart, wife got one of the new burgers order light sauce for it and it was smothered in sause as well.disappointed for sure waste of money
Stopped by today around 2 on a Thursday. Ordered 2 meals, nothing special. Paid almost 24.00, then waited over 10 min at the drive up window. 4 cars pulled in behind us while we waited. The young lady that took my money was very sweet but waiting that long on a simple order was ridiculous!
I don't mind them weighing the meat to maintain their budget but they should make the portions bigger to fit the bun at a minimum.
I've been there 3 times now and order the classic double meat and they never put the extra meat on there. So I quit going here
Got a Togo, Ruben and waffle fries, very tasty! I'll be back for the Ruben, for sure!
Waited for 4 minutes while people just looked at me as I was standing at the counter nobody even bothered to say we'll be with you in just a minute they just looked at me how the hell this Arby's is staying in business I don't know
Went through drive through and ordered a crispy chicken wrap. Every time I’ve gotten a wrap from any Arby’s, it’s neat and they cut it down the middle. This is what I received from this particular Arby’s. Literally folded up like a dirty diaper. Also, I waited in that drive through almost 15 minutes for one meal and no cars were ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Should have checked the reviews before coming here.
I waited 30 minutes for a gyro and Buffalo chicken slider. This location is always incredibly slow.
Place is filthy. No tables clean. Old food on tables and floors. Sticky drinks all over drink fountain counter. Trash on tables. Dirty latex gloves laying on floor behind service counter. Employee scratching his head with no hair net or gloves and then touching fries. Got our money refunded.
It's so crazy how expensive everything is now, not just Arby's but everywhere. Seems like Arby's is the most expensive of them all, though. Also everything got smaller
If you want to spend 45 minutes waiting at a drive-thru for one sandwich this is absolutely the place you want to go. The slowest service in Tuscarawas county.
The most filthy and dirtiest Arby's I've ever encountered and we visit alot of Arby's in our travels across this country. Every area from floors, doors, glass, tables and bathrooms were disgusting. Food was ok, fries were pieces nor curly at all. This Arby's has the worst management and needs to be addressed.
Drive thru forgot to include fries with my combo. Drove 2 miles before I realized. Drove back and went inside to get corrected. Told them I wanted fresh hot fries, not an impossible request. I was called "rude" by the worker. They did give me a large fry in place of a medium, but I did not realize it, the worker never said anything when she tossed the bag inside of the one with my cold wrap. I asked 'didn't they think I should be compensated for having to come back'. I was rudely given a coupon for a slider. They don't have to worry-I won't ever go there again! They lost a frequent customer.
This is the worst Arby's I've ever been to. I did an online order at 9: 00 at night with a posting that says they close at 10: 00 on the app and on the store window. No indication on the drive-thru menu nor the windows that they were closed early due to lack of workforce. I did my order on the app. There was nothing indicating as such on it either. Had to bang on the window to get service. Was then told that they were closed but they would make my stuff if I was willing to wait. Waited 15 minutes for that along with attitude. Will not return.
