Arby's, Cleveland OH

I went to Arby's by CSU on my break from work. I waitee for 15 minutes for food that was sitting on the fryer. I explained that I was late getting back to work and they didn't care they had a attitude. I asked for my money back. They refused to prepare my food that was done. I was 4 minutes late getting back to work and I still didn't eat on my break. They are unorganized. I will never go back.

Oh boy, don't they have the meats! I enjoyed a customized chicken sandwich. And it was prepared to my liking with no reservation. Cool decor also.

I went in for the fish sandwich and was saddened to hear that they don't have it anymore. A bummer status.

Arby's provides excellent Customer Service with good food and coffee. The experience is always delightful. Thank you for your kindness. #LOVE

Keep your employees on their toes, dont let them bring this BUSINESS down. SOME DO COME TO WORK.

The manager is Corie, and she happened to take my order. My order was a little complex, which included some substitutions. She was effortlessly efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The workers were super efficient, and their customer service was top notch, while conversational. Additionally, the menu is so extensive, it is literally half the length of the store. Furthermore, it is open until 11pm on a Saturday! I REALLY like this Arby's and I highly recommend it.

Arby's is a great environment personally liked it a young lady that was black and short and Young she gave great Hospitality to me and my wife and got on the other employees for being slow need more people like her

Haven't eaten there vintage awhile, but the food was very good. Loved the bourbon bacon sandwich.

The Arby's by CSU is very nice. The customer service is excellent. The only problem I have with Arby's is - their photos in t.v. And print ads don't match what you actually get in the store. The actual quantity of meat and fixings is about half of what you see in a print or t.v. Ad. That's a bummer. Other than that, their food is pretty good.

Bourbon BBQ was 1/4 the size of the picture.
It was no bigger than a McDonald's regular burger but 5x the price.

Great staff they know me by name, very fast on the order and they have such a epic Facebook advertising team, recommend liking them if you like geek culture

The food is great and they give decent portions. It's always unstaffed though, so you would need to wait a bit for your meal.

Just love this because it's really cheap and good place for a quick bite. For students it's really an inexpensive and good place to grab a snack

This location is not a drive thru location, also there is nowhere to park. Its only good if you live nearby or go to school near, and want to walk there. I hadto circle around the block twice and still ended up not going because I couldnt park!

Food was great but the staff is lazy and rude to reach other in front of the customers. Walked in to an employee headed to the bavj area upset she couldn't sit down in the back because the cashier called her and another employee back up front. Said she's been on her feet all day. Mind you there was only 1 person in front "the cashier"and 6 customers in line 3 people still waiting on their shakes.
2 people emerge from the back with attitudes because at work they are actually expected to work.

Always have a good experience and don't wait long for the food. And so far all of the employees have been really nice.
