Arby's, Cincinnati OH

Traveling with a n old friend to Cleveland for a heart check up. We stopped in for some good food.

The employees were extremely friendly and courteous. Food was great. We really appreciated our stop there.

I went inside to order, they were not busy but took a little bit before I got to order. The girl did not even greet me not so much as a hello, seemed very put off to have to take my order. I ordered a sweet tea thank goodness I tried it there, it was aweful. I told the girl that it was not sweet tea, she just made a face finally told her manager. He takes packets of sugar to had to a cup of tea, not even the same, just swapped for a coke. Both seemed very put off, not a place to return to. Food was just luke warm, just a shame people act that way when they are the business to serve

SLOW and a bunch of little kids behind the counter that want to talk under their breath and have an attitude.

Ordered through door dash. First time around got the wrong order entirely. So who knows what went wrong there. Dasher went back to get the correct order. Called you guys to inform you what went wrong and that the Dasher was coming back and I got the full attitude from the employees. When the order was finally delivered it was short a sandwich and the "half pound" was hardly that.

Manager Misty had a bad attitude when I called to complain about the multiple times I have received my order and the large curly fry was only half full at best. I always order cheddar cups and it was maybe a third full. Guess they have to make their $$ somehow! I will be finding a different Arby’s to go to or may not go back at all! Trying to find the corporate contact to report her bad attitude, she has no business being in management with a bad attitude with customers.

Ordered a vanilla milkshake and it was just soft serve in a cup (swirl and everything). Mozzarella sticks AND fries were put in the bag upside down.

Went thru the drive thru, was told that Brown sugar bacon sandwich would take 15mn to cook and 25mn to cool? We went to another Fast food store.

We were passing through and stopped in to eat. Good Food as always. We will stop here again the next time we're in the area.

Staff very rude. Food took forever to be ready. Restaurant inside was dead so no reason to be this slow and rude. I asked for dipping sauce and the guy said he wasn't on the clock. Really?

I order a Bacon checker roster beef got no bacon, and I drank some off your root beer it tasted funny

I had to wait in a 4 car line for half an hour before we got to before we got to the position behind the first window, people were having to hold out their credit cards about 5 minutes each before they would take them. We never even got our food before we gave up. They wern't even that busy, they simply did not even try to work fast.

Food and service are fairly good and consistent, but the TVs here are always on Fox News, and the staff cannot change them. So eating here with my kids is never fun - constant discussion of stuff that just isn't age-appropriate on the TVs.

Got our food quick and fast the service was good, De’Montez I think that’s his name greeted us nicely

So, they said they were out of Coca-Cola. That’s like saying we don’t have anymore roast beef. Not good.

The food always great. Just don't expect the service to exceed that which you would find in a middle school cafeteria. Between the eyrolls from cashier and her hostile attitude I had to ask myself how bad I wanted a roast beef sandwich. Was tempted to walk out but it would accomplish nothing.

They definitely have the meats but generally is bland unless you had their interesting sauces. Their gyros are real good - flavorful and filling. So they're frequent 2 gyros for $6 offers is extra nice.
Only problem is this is supposed to be a fast food place. But all other Arby's, they take a while if you eat in. Their drive thru speed is okay.

Wsnt to your store today around 11: 30am didn't even get greeted at the drive-thru, sat amd waited, nothing, went up the road a got foid elsewhere, this store is hit or nusd since remodel

I found out the woman in pink is a district manager I asked the manager if it was within Health codes for her to have her cell phone on the food preparation counter he made her put it back in her pocket I asked him if he could guarantee me that that phone had never gone into the bathroom with her he turned around and would not answer I got my money back
