Arby's, Cleveland OH

Great workers, food is good but the restraunt stinks and needs updated. Milkshakes are never available.

Victoria is absolutely Amazing! Seriously she is the best fast food employee I've ever seen. I've been here in the past and have heard employees screaming and cursing about their children and personal problems but today on June 13th Victoria was working the drive-thru. She was super friendly made sure and re assured us that our sauces were in the bag, and while handing off our food she warned us how some of our food was hot and not to burn our mouths before wishing us a great night. Arby's is lucky to have such a pleasant employee.

Victoria is the best costumer service in all Cleveland OH. Hello always greeting the costumers and always happy. Maybe the fast food chain should learn about her.

Food is good and they didnt forget anything. My only complaint in which I've noticed is that unless you have 20mins to 30mins to spare then I do not recommend coming here. Great food and getting things right but this is not "fast food" I assure you.

Waited too long, it seems like there is a disease for slowness in the entire neighborhood. Worst place to go ever!

This had to be the worst Arby’s I have ever been to. The order was wrong. The girl working the drive thru window was not friendly. When we told her the order was missing a sandwich, no apology or anything she just looked at us and walked away. When we did receive the missing sandwich, it was suppose to be a double and it had two pieces of roast beef. Doesn’t pay to complain. Will never go back to that Arby’s.

Stop at this location this evening and was so bothered that the manager had no mask on amd the employees only had there mouth covered. Will be calling board of health in am. Stuff like this cant be happening. So disappointed

It took forever to get through the drive through. It wasn't that busy. Maybe 5 cars. I pulled up to the window and the server has her mask down. This is a mistake I won't repeat

I LOVE this place. YOU can't beat the prices nor the selection of their menu and their sandwiches are so full of delicious quality meats. I Love Love Arby's

They were out of all of the items I went there for. I just wanted a chicken salad sandwich, an apple turnover, and an orange dream shake. That was ridiculous. They are out of items regularly.

Staff was very nice, food was great! I live the Market Fresh Pecan Chicken Salad! Wish they kept it around longer!

Smelt like feces, floors were greasy and slippery, and you stuck to anything you touched.will not return.

On Monday, 6/18/18 at night - I ordered 2 Turkey Reuben & when I got home, they had only a few pieces of Turkey on each sandwich. First time this happened to me at this location, I will be calling the Manager in the morning. Very disappointed in what was given to me! A Concerned Regular Patron!

Love almost all of Arby's food never had any bad food from them and we get awesome coupons with keep us coming back. One time we had ordered over $40 worth of food and the workers there were wonderful none of the order was wrong everything was right and they took their time and listening to exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it everything was perfect thank you guys keep up the good work we will be coming back.

Smells like piss when you walk in. Worker named Jeremiah is always high can't make a order right even if told 4times pants are hanging off his ass. Need to fire him.

Love the food but never get the things I pay for.paid for large received small check your bag before leaving the window.

Was just in there ordered a Super. Get home & its a regular but they charged for a Super. Super pissed off but went to eat it & the roast beef is not cooked. No more chances I'm done with this place! I even rang their bell which pisses me off even more!

Oh my girl ate there and surely after she ate one of the roast beef slider sandwiches she got sick

Friendly employees, but they couldn't get the Jamocha shake right, I went in there twice and they still got it wrong!
