Arby's, Fairfield OH

Horribly slow and I was the only customer there took 10 minutes to get a roast beef sandwich and it was burnt when I got it

I visited this Arbys twice in the same week to get food for Clients, both times employees were rude.

If there is a line of angry people and you are working the counter, you might NOT want to put your hood up, put headphones in, and play with your phone.

This review will mirror the review for the Eastgate Arby's. I Absolutely think that is the best FAST food you can get on this side of the Mississippi River by far. The employees are always very helpful and kind, their restaurants and bathrooms are always very clean. I would recommend just about any Arby's I've ever ate at.

They were fast, friendly, and gave you updates with your meal if things were taking longer than expected.

I am a usual customer from Monday to Friday for the last year and this is the first I've seen an assistant manager that's new named Andrew, and he doesnt know what hes doing, got a chocolate shake I asked for no whip cream and got whip cream, got a jamocha shake twice as well, which I dont like myself and it took 25 minutes with no one else in front of me, I dont know this Andrew guy, but he not lasting long here

They dont know how to read the number of combo meals which one is which they cant even put cheddar on the beef n cheddar it's to hard for them

How expensive is this place going to get? The food is food but the servings are getting smaller and the prices are going up. I doubt I'll eat here much more. It's just not worth it. Especially for the tried and true beef and cheddar. It's so small now and the price is crazy. Get with it and start adding some of those "meats" you keep talking about.

Always takes forever, even if I'm the only one there. They skimp on the meats. But still the best Fast Food place.

This is the best Arby's I've been to in years! Fast friendly service and I even got the right food! You guys rock!

People were nice, yet didn't go out of there way to make you feel welcome. If you like a good reuben sandwich this would be the place to go. Unless you are going to izzys!

Morning crew is the best, Emily is one of the best managers I know of knows how to deal with the public and takes care of her employees

MY FRIEND WENT TO THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM TODAY AND THERE WAS A MOUSE RUNNING AROUND IN THERE. I WILL NOT EVER EAT THERE AGAIN

Friendly staff. Good food. More expensive than other fast food but it's a nice change of tast from normal burgers.

Courteous employees, clean restaurant and restroom. Great fast food. My favorite is their rueben sandwich and of course the potato cakes.

It took 20 minutes for me to go from ordering my food to receiving my food, only to receive cold fries.

I havent has an encounter here where the people didnt smile I appreciate that forgot 1 sandwich when we came back around they were aware and already had it at the window also apologized good people

Most of the time this Arby’s is pretty decent. But today my friend ordered 6 piece mozzarella sticks and only received 5. And I think my marinara sauce has meat in it! I’m a vegetarian which is why I order the sticks because it’s one thing I can eat off the menu. They must have a new personal who doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing or they’ve stopped caring.
Very disappointed.

Food is below average and the restaurant was filthy right when they opened. Would avoid at all cost.

I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich thinking it would be fresh only to receive a microwaved chicken patty with buffalo sauce on it. Very disappointed!
