22The food is great. Great window service. But those flimsy sandwich boxes are horrible. Also the holders for the fries which always end up in the bottom of the bag. Then the cheap Arby's bag rips and everything is a mess.
I was the only car in line. Placed my order paid for it got my shake and than asked to pull forward they waiting for my fries to cook. 20 mins later and 7 cars later I get my food and everything is cold and my shake is melted. Worst experience from an Arby’s and my last time going to one.
We went here for the gyro and Reuben with potato cakes food really taste amazing when you haven't had it at all they got the meat thumbs up.
There advertising is all lies. Purchased fish sandwich and only 8 shredded of lettuce and 1 tsp of mayonnaise. Sure not what they show on tv. And terrible service
They were short handed dreaming with the lunch rush and managed to do it with a smile. Great attitude and team work. The order was right and the food was tasty!
Always fresh but you will wait along time but im iksy as king as it's fresh but sometimes im in a hurry lol
Walked up to the register, took 5 min for anyone to acknowledge us. Cashier didn't know how to work the register. Took forever to just place the order. Then had to get manager to redo it. Got wrong sandwich. Bizarre experience. Definitely won't come back.
Love Arby's, but this LOCATION is not on top of it. Forgot whole meal. Don't answer phone and too much time to waste to drive back same day. Don't answer phone to get a credit. The meals aren't cheap.
Garbage place. I ordered ONE thing.and they got it wrong. Dont EVER order from here. Absolutely worthless. This is why fast food gets paid minimum wage. Cant get ONE DAMN THING RIGHT
I had to wait for a ridiculously long time for them just to get my order wrong. Won’t be stopping there again.
Horrible service, they are soooo rude and constantly messing up orders then acting as if you're in the wrong. NEVER RETURNING
Stood at counter 6 minutes while the young man in drive through kept telling them people were at the counter. When Chris finally graced us with his presence he was rude at best. Mumbled "here or to go". There was no " hi welcome to arbys, how may I help you". This location will not get my business again.
I rate a 3 because there advertising the arby melt with a hunk of meat and when you buy the melt.theres only a quarter of the amount of meat.
This is the worst Arby's I've ever been too it took a half an hour to get two Roast beef & 1 Curley fry! Very slow and not motivated!
The new deep fried Turkey sandwiches are AWESOME! Try the one with bacon, tastes like home made the day after Thanksgiving!
We were rushed through the drive-thru no sauces on any of the sandwiches no sauces for the the chicken tenders no sauces for the beef and Cheddar's no sauces for the chicken cordon bleu no mayonnaise on it no garnishments horrible very disappointed
Gyro lettuce to meat was off. Way too much lettuce. Other than that, everything was hot, fresh and exactly what I ordered
Love Arby's but getting pricey, two sandwiches two med drinks and an order of fries was almost 20 bucks!
Worst arbys of them all. They never listen and always get simple orders wrong! And the manager is rude you do not cut a customer off mid sentence and say "now listen" DO NOT GO TO THIS ARBYS.
