Arch City Dental, Grandview Heights OH

I have nothing but great things to say about Arch City! The staff is great and the office is very clean and inviting. Kailey was extremely personable and professional. I really enjoyed chatting with her. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Nothing but great experiences at this dental practice! Everyone here is so nice. It’s a smaller practice and I love that it wasn’t super busy or loud. Gail in reception was super helpful and greeted me upon arrival. I had an exam done with Dr Andy because I had concern that I had cracked a filling. Dr Andy was very kind and knowledgeable. Kat, the dental assistant took my X-rays, also very kind and great to talk to. I love that they have screens to show you pictures of what they are looking at, not just X-rays, but actual photos of your teeth on a screen. I’ve never been to a dentist that does that. He did a great job explaining that some fillings placed by the OSU student clinic were done incorrectly and needed to be replaced. Tyler is who placed the new filling and he was great! I have high anxiety and have Asperger’s. Tyler checked on me several times throughout the process and told me when he was switching instruments so I was prepared, also asked me if I needed breaks and answered any questions I had. I felt absolutely no pain throughout the whole process of getting 3 fillings replaced. I haven’t had a cleaning done yet, but I did get to speak to Tori and Kailey, the hygienists, for a brief moment before checking out. I have nothing but good things to say about the Grandview location, would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Andy and all of the staff have been great. I was able to get scheduled quickly as a new patient, they addressed all of my concerns immediately, and made me feel welcome. I was also very impressed with all of their technology after coming from a very old school dentist previously. I highly recommend!

Arch City is amazing! All of their staff are friendly and able to answer any questions you might have. Tori and Kayley do a great job educating and cleaning teeth! They make the dental experience pleasant and I enjoy getting to chat with them at my visits. Dr. Baloy is personable and explains everything clearly. I would highly recommend Arch City!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff in a convenient location. They make sure you're comfortable and all good and numb while they do their work. Great for people looking for a new dentist or anyone in the Grandview and surrounding areas!

Had a wonderful experience with Tori, the hygienist and Gail and Tyler the front desk women. Tori has cleaned my teeth a few times and did a great job being both thorough yet gentle. Kat the assistant is always friendly and upbeat, and Dr. Andy is patient and informative. The office is in a great location and is super modern/ clean.

Kailey was awesome! Very calm atmosphere and she was very gentle while also being very precise with the teeth cleaning. Explained everything she did so I was never confused on what was happening and overall a great person to talk to throughout the cleaning!

I had a great experience! Both Kailey and Tyler made both of my appointments enjoyable and easy to get through. I especially appreciated being walked through everything they were doing as they were doing it. I highly recommend Arch City Dental!

Kaylie was amazing with conversation and keeping me informed with what was going on. Both Tyler & Dr. Andy were great when they fixed a loose filling I had. They talked me through the whole procedure and kept checking to see if I had an questions. Overall, this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The cleanliness & hand hygiene is phenomenal. Love it here so much!

After having some dental anxiety and not going for years, I really appreciate the welcoming and non-judgmental environment at Arch City. Always easy to schedule. Everyone is so nice. Would recommend coming here for your dental care.

I never made it past the receptionist's attitude on the phone when I was trying to schedule a first appointment. I was informed that I needed to "hurry up" as there were other patients that would be showing up in a few minutes. That is a lot of rush for not being on the phone for more than the short moment it took to determine if they accepted my insurance. I happily took my business elsewhere.

I came in to see Dr Baloy for the first time because I had a lot of pain. He went over my treatment plan and took the time to thoroughly explain what everything meant, what to expect and even made sure to ask all of my questions. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist so all of this meant a lot to me. When it came to my procedure I was not in any pain and Dr Baloy and Kat made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. This was the first time in a long time that I have felt comfortable going to a dentist. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does. I 1000% recommend seeing him, especially if you have anxiety like me. I will be coming back here.

I would recommend Arch City Dental to anyone! I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years so I was anxious about how it would go, but everyone was incredibly nice and helpful to get me back on track. Tyler was great with filling my cavities and making sure everything was perfect and comfortable. Overall a great experience.

Highly recommend! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! I typically see Tori as my hygienist and she is so outgoing and personable! You feel like you are visiting a friend when you get your cleanings at Arch City Dental in Grandview.

Staff are all very friendly and patient. I still get very nervous at the dentist and everyone here is attentive to comfort and experience as much as they are to the quality of work. Would definitely recommend.

It was my first time going to Arch City Dental and I was blown away by such a friendly staff! My dental hygienist, Kailey, was very welcoming, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She kept me at ease with her positive attitude while I went in for my check up. Kailey even went out of her way to print out an Air Force dental form that I needed. Arch City Dental really goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Columbus area!
