I spoke with M**cy today trying to find help for my 80 year old mother who had a stroke 1 month ago. After an entire hour of answering her questions, she flippantly said that “no one wants to work anymore. ” Not only was she not helpful, but it was a complete waste of my time. PATHETIC.
