Great store and cool furniture, but the staff couldn’t be more rude and off putting. 3 times in a row I’ve been harassed by workers in non helpful ways

Arhaus should spend some time working on their POS system. It takes an extraordinarily long amount of time to purchase an item from checkout, over a half-hour was spent with the clerk who struggled to order three pillow inserts. In the end, he was unsuccessful, because I only received two. Every time I called in the two month window I spent waiting for pillow inserts, the salesperson apologized for how long the computer system took to "boot up. " There seems to be an obvious problem with your computer systems, if your computers need a fifteen minute window just to function and your sales people can't figure out how to use the system.

Our visit was very nice. Our Sales Associate Sherry (The redhead) could not have been nicer and accommodating. Very knowledgeable about all her products. Patient and she made it a fun experience. We will decide what pretties we might purchase soon and definitely return. The location store is gorgeous! Stop in to experience Arhaus in Akron/ Fairlawn area in Summit Mall.

My friend and I had decided to do some light shopping for decor. After finding a couple small decor pieces and being mostly ignored by a busy looking blonde man, another worker finally assisted us. At first she seemed nice, but then we quickly realized she had a very sarcastic attitude and felt uncomfortable. While looking at more decor later on, an older woman walked up to us and at first, it was a nice interaction.until she walked away from me in the middle of me saying something to her to talk to her coworker. Not everyone coming in wants to buy a sectional and I was extremely disappointed that the moment they realized we weren’t buying “the more expensive products” that we were treated the way we were. The products were beautiful, the attitudes of your workers were not.

My husband and I bought our first kitchen table and chairs last evening and our sales person was amazing! His name is Mitchell Evans. He was so helpful. My husband and I wanted to get out of our comfort zone but we were unsure of what exactly we wanted. Mitchell was very informative, helpful and he was honest which we truly appreciate. We are anxiously awaiting January for the arrival of our table and chairs and hope we are just as impressed as we were the other day.

I went in settings establishment I was still not greeted i continued walking past a couple associates I was still not greeted it I walked past them purposely again I was still not greeted. I proceeded to look around found the item that I want which was over 1,000 dollar. I ask the associated “Do you not greet your customers when they come in”? Answer me very annoyed And said yes we do. Still without a Hello! He proceeded to look at me as another associate approached still no service giving. Needless to say this company lost out on a purchase because they refused to greet a black customers.
