Do NOT hire this company. They connected our mini split wrong. It doesn’t work and they will not return our calls. They will not come and fix it or return our money. They ripped us off and won’t take responsibility. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Since my Original review of Jack, things haven't gone well.we had issues this past year with our unit and I called him and he told me he was heading out in the gibsonburg area and would call when he was on his way.twice in a couple days he did this to us. I say days because I tried calling him the day after he said he would come and I'd get no answer from him. No longer going to be using him, so much for 'family'.

Had them come about about a month ago, they filled my ac with refrigerant, and filled a leak. Fast forward a few weeks later, it stops working. Got a hold of them to come out on Saturday at 12, we had to text them at 145 to see if they were still coming said they will be out later. Try to get ahold of them Sunday and Monday and didn’t hear anything. Had to go through another company for them to say there was to much refrigerant and he has to let some out, and a blown fuse due to their mistake!
Great guy that come out so a little disappointed.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Arrowhead mechanical services. We were having issues with our ductless air conditioners and not only were they one of the only places that could work on our specific model, they got our appointment in ASAP (much appreciated with the heatwave going through our area).

Would recommend to anyone! Jack, Joe, and Justin are professional and super nice. My quote was honest and my home and family were respected the entire time. These guys even ran into crazy insulation issues and triple ceilings in my whole home install. It took them double the amount of time they thought it would and yet they continued to work with smiles on their faces! Best guys, hands down. Jack is also amazing at giving referrals for other companies to help with other things. Don’t go with another company. ARROWHEAD all the way!

Jack installed a furnace in a multi-family building for us. I questioned the venting of the new furnace, but he assured me that it was ok. The gas company was in the building a couple of months later and shut off the gas when they saw the vent work. In addition to running the vent pipe "downhill", he used dryer vent to connect a water heater to a furnace vent pipe. The city inspector was notified by the gas company and I was required to hire a licensed contractor from their list to re-install the furnace. The city wanted the name of the original installer, but I did not provide it. Be sure to use a licensed contractor and get the necessary permits.
