I always have the best customer service experience when my family comes here. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and patient with us when we want to view different styles and price points. She is able to quickly analyze what we like and don't like and is able to give multiple suggestions to where I believe she knows our jewelry styles better than we do!

Ashcroft and Oak has done an amazing job making sure that I receive the best quality customer service imaginable. They go above and beyond!
I am a repeat customer and have not once been unsatisfied by my experiences. Katy is amazing! She spent hours with me picking out just the right engagement ring and bands for my upcoming wedding.
I can be somewhat indecisive and can ask a lot of questions until I get the answers I am looking for. Not once did she get upset, frustrated or hesitate to answer any of them. She is very knowledgeable and has an extremely upbeat personality! Working with her has been a huge stress reliever! We had a lot of good laughs and conversations while I was there. A truly amazing experience!
I strongly recommend Ashcroft & Oak. I will be going back again for my jewelry needs and asking for Katy in the future!

This is the only place I will buy jewelry. Emily is always a friendly face and makes herself available to browse and doesn’t make me feel rushed. I already picked out my engagement ring and told my boyfriend who to go to! Emily is the one!

My Husband and I have been coming here for years. Katy is so helpful and really cares about what you want - and she is not pushy, which is awesome! We have purchased many pieces with her assistance throughout the years - the most recent a 2+ carat diamond ring that my husband surprised me with - He and Katy knew exactly what I wanted. We highly recommend Katy at Ashcroft and Oak to anyone looking to purchase jewelry!

Such a wonderful experience, we had been to other jewelers and they did not take the time with us like the two that helped us in this store. I was looking for a nice wedding - cluster ring for being married for 43 years, and they did not disappoint, really helped us find the right one! Thank you!

My boyfriend got me a necklace as a gift in may of 2021 at a different location.the necklace broke january of 2022, which should’ve been a red flag when it has only been 8 months of having it.we brought it to the canton location to get it fixed since he had purchased the “warranty” or “insurance” on it.i didn’t get the employees name but he asked for my boyfriends name & phone number & i also brought in all of the information.he said that it would probably take up to 7 weeks & they would call us to come pick up the necklace.it’s currently april of 2022 & no communication.we decided to call & they said they could not find my boyfriends name in the system.so, he sent a picture of the receipt the man gave us when we brought it in to be fixed.he put it under the wrong name & wrong phone number.they have been calling some random number to come pick up the necklace during this 4 month period.i’m not sure how it even happens when i brought the paperwork of the insurance & verbal communication.highly suggest you get the receipt when leaving here & making sure it’s under the right name.we won’t be coming back to this location we will be going to the location we got it from.

Sales clerks were very friendly, helpful and patient. Allowed us to make our own choices without feeling pressured. Had a good selection of jewelry. Prices. Comparable to most jewelers. We were happy with our purchase.

Great customer service professionally and personally. We were treated extremely well, all questions and options were answered clearly and quickly. Certainly a much better experience than the chain stores owned by the mother ship in Fairlawn.

I originally purchased my set from a different location and never had any issues. Back in September I took my ring in because the diamond had fallen out at work and I was unable to find it. I had purchased the insurance so that they would replace it if that ever happened. When I dropped off my ring I was told it could take up to 12 weeks well we are going on 5 months. No word from corporate and not very good communication from staff. Very disappointed and concerned about never getting my ring back. I keep calling and being told the same thing.still haven't heard anything. Then they tell me oh we will give you a coupon but I don't want a coupon I want my ring back. Very poor service.

There was an error with my wedding band when I had it sent out to be resized, it was resized incorrect. I was a week out from my wedding date and Ryan at the Belden Village store stepped in and assured me that he would get it corrected as soon as he could. He went above and beyond and had my engagement ring and wedding band fixed, rhodium plated and back to me before the estimated date! The rings were stunning! I greatly appreciate the customer service given from him and his entire staff from picking the ring out to the final pick up! Well done Ryan and Staff <3

I purchased my wedding band last November during a Black Friday sale. I did not wear it until I got married in August. After just 3 hours of wear I noticed that one of the diamonds was already missing. This set off red flags about the quality of the product. Just 2 days later, there was complete separation in the band through the metal. Two defects over the course of 72 hours of wear. This was embarrassing because as I have showed my ring to friends and family over the first few days of my marriage, I’ve had to show them a broken ring. Also, as I am Catholic, this ring was blessed by a priest on my wedding day and it will be a symbol of my marriage because of that. I don’t want to have to get rid of a blessed ring, but I cannot wear this ring as it is. I do not trust the quality of anything Ashcroft & Oak carries because of this. When I spoke to customer service they offered to replace the ring, but they were very unapologetic and defensive leading me to believe this is a very common problem.

This jeweler does not send your jewelry elsewhere for repair or sizing. I like that.your stuff can't get lost.

This was my first time in this store, Katie was so amazing and helped us find the perfect ring! We had been to a few other retailers that didn’t listen to what we were really looking for, so we stopped by. Katie found us the perfect ring in a matter of minutes. Will continue to come back thanks to her!
