Horrible customer service. Very rude over the phone. No online payment options. Can't payoff loans early without physically going into the office. Hard to do when you're hundreds of miles away.
Even if you have paid on time 100% of your loan, if you miss a payment by MISTAKE they refuse to remove late fees, etc.
Most banks in general are pretty bad but this one by far takes the cake for the rudest and nastiest bunch of people I have ever had to deal with.
I will make sure to never get another car loan through them again.

Their hours are ridiculousel for those of us who work third shift. Opening at 9am makes it nearly impossible for anything to get done before going to bed when it seems direct deposit doesn't work till they open.

Staff is Friendly. No option to make Vehicle Payment online unless you use their Checking/Saving Account, Closed earlier than any other bank, will not accept Principal-Only payment at the same time as normal payment, AND closed on Wednesday. The middle of the week. Would not reccomend Vehicle loan here.

All good but wish they would fix the atm, I mean what bank doesn't have a working atm?

I have been a customer here for about 12yrs went through the drive through at 4: 02 while waiting in line and when it was my turn i was told by two young ladies looking at me from the window " we are closed we closed at 4 " what you didn't see me waiting? Very disappointed in the customer service please fix your time on the website wrong times are posted if you care
