Lots of illegal foot traffic selling drugs and other things not kept very neat trash and Bottles everywhere

Riviera Maya's okay place to have a little for your hand in that I've been doing with them forever and so far everything is good and I think the staff is good

Has the worst apartment complex in Toledo Ohio is rundown they don't take care of it. Stinks like urine in the main hallway.

Have you ever heard of a movie called New Jack City? Where here it is, Toledo's very own?

First visit i had did have bad odor in hall/elevator it was around the holidays.
I came back a couple of weeks later and it has been cleaned. So they may have gotten new maintenance or whoever was causing the issues taken care of.
The building is quiet now way better than what it used to be.

The elevators always have pee. There are people constantly yelling. The smell of garbage is horrifying. The trash shoots are always clogged.maintenance is awesome, but only one man to do all the work. Management
is okay.

New management team same results, hallways and elevators stay dirty, front gate consistently stays broken and some residents are unruly and rude

I go every three months to help the residents get free phones. The service coordinator is very nice and really helps her residents get what they need.
