Ashlar Flats, Dublin OH

I just wanted to share my experience with Ashlar Flats; I've had great experiences with Brian, JJ and the other men supporting the maintenance needs for the complex. They always go above and beyond!

In addition I would like to say the staff at the office, Crystal in particular have done a great job in communicating and in providing excellent customer service.

I was very leery when the complex changed hands to Ashlar Flats and was not a big fan of the rent increase however I know that that is happening everywhere and hopefully that won't be the case going forward since cost of living has also greatly increased.

But so far I'd say the staff have won me over, so thank you all for what you do!

I have received the upmost courtesy and professionalism from Mickie the Manager at Ashlar Flats, Becca, in sales and Brian with maintenance. Mickie is an outstanding manager, she has addressed any concerns that I have had immediately. Great place to live!

Don't give up on communicating with the new management at Ashlar Flats. Mickie, the new manager is exceptional. She patiently listens to you and then speaks with you in a professional and courteous manner. Some things can be accomplished and some things cannot, but she tries to be fair and respectful at all times. Becca (office staff) and Brian (maintenance staff) are excellent additions. Both are pleasant, helpful and professional.

Don't always listen to the negative reviews. Yes Property is in transition to new management so of course policies change. Renovations are looking amazing, yes they are remodeling the pool and it's a vast improvement from what it used to be. A minor inconvenience considering some other communities pools are not even open. What people don't realize is things can't be done without permits, if the city doesn't work to approve those permits in a timely manner then the property can't continue working and if they do we could lose pool all together. Overall I'm a satisfied tenant, neighbors are friendly, community is quiet for apartment living. The ladies Becca, Mickie and Crystal are always friendly, and responds quickly to emails, and calls. They follow up on my service requests to make sure they are completed. Maintenance issues have arisen as it is an older community most of the time my issues are minor and completely timely, but response times have varied given the maintenance team is short staffed.

Just moved in and love the apartment and community. The ladies in the office, Mickey and Rebecca are great to work with.

Don’t bother looking at this place.i regret sign a lease here.they tell one thing and do another.we saw and liked a place but were given place that way different. Lid everywhere, they’d already tricked into signing a lease. Telling i couldn’t see the place until we sign.i am thinking we getting what we saw. I had complained.they said “its what you sign up for”. I was told to pay 3grand up frond or deal with it so i asked for a renovated instead. Everything was renovated but the bathroom.they would leak, and make noise to the point where it is hard to sleep.it stink in there too so i complained and nothing was done.they replaced our stove to a bootleg one.what we saw was slowly being taken away. They apartment do that even look renovated anymore. Listen to the reviews here. They all speaking facts. They lie to much so be careful.

Im not happy here anymore since the management change. They came in and smacked us with all kinds of fees, my rent increased 200$ and no improvements. Maintenance has been responsive, however things don't get fixed properly. Dublin school district on the upside. Paying for pest control but no one has scheduled to spray. Just confused anymore. Find a house in the area instead of paying 1500 per month for a small 2 bedroom
