Sam is a huge asset to the company amazing personality. Frank did a great job on the price and Alex checked me out with ease. I love going to Ashley HomeStore in Mansfield. They really do make it feel like home. Wish I could have had a beer or a glass of wine, but had to drive home. Trust me this is the place to buy!

Today my husband was well needed for new Recliner. Chandler met us at door. He was wonderful and knowledgeable. My husband found his Recliner. In no time we were driving home. Thank you Chandler for you service and helping us load our truck. When I'm ready for my new bedroom set. I will be looking you up.

On a visit to take care of a minor issue with a previous purchase I was warmly welcomed and well taken care of. While there Missy assisted me and was quite nice. Patient and very accommodating. As a result of this fine service I ended up making a whole new purchase while there. Just one more example of why my husband and I love Ashley Furniture and consider ourselves loyal clients.

Kate was awesome and very patient. We came in to replace furniture we were absolutely in love with but it had reached the end of its life. Kate walked through the store with us multiple times to find the perfect replacement!

Missy was amazing. I went in looking for a dresser. I told her the quality and price range I had in mind. She took me to the perfect dresser. Even better I left with a new bed frame, and night stands. Without her help I would of made the mistake of buying things individually. Costing more money, and not matching. She was beyond knowledgeable about everything. From the type of wood to way the drawers roll out. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. I wish more companies had a hands on experience from a real professional like this. Reminded me why we should all go back to shopping in person over online. I won’t shop furniture anywhere else. That’s due to missy not the product.

MacKenzie came in on her day off to finalize the sale of our bedroom set. She was very pleasant to work with and definitely made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend asking for her and shopping at the Ontario Ohio store

Shelbi was amazing! She was wonderful towards our kids & even though they were closing, did not rush us at all. She took her time, listened to our wants & needs, then made suggestions accordingly. We truly appreciated her dedication to our family, for finding us the perfect sets we were looking for.

Worked with Dylan today to find what I was looking for. There was nothing on the floor but he helped me by looking on line, finding just the right thing and ordering it. They also price matched what I found online. I will definitely be back.

Mackenzie is thee best and sweetest sales woman. She was very informative. She knew that I was on a low budget and she helped me find a couch that was perfect for me and my family. She took her time to explain everything to me. She did not hover over like a lot of other sales people do. MacKenzie is good at her job, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We visited Ashley Home Store to search for a dining room table to accommodate 8 - 10 people. We hoped to find something of excellent quality which would also go well in our newly remodeled kitchen. Kate approached us with a big, beautiful smile, and led us directly to our perfect new table! She demonstrated all the features, answered many questions, explained the protection plan, and mentioned possible discounts through Labor Day. And - best of all - when we showed her a lower price with additional chairs on their website, she matched the in-store price for us! Kate is a wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly representative for Ashley Home Store. We are very happy customers because of her, and hope to return soon to discuss that cozy-looking sofa we have our eyes on!

My husband and myself went into Ashley looking for a great deal on a sofa and loveseat. We were approached by Sam store manager he was really nice talked to us for a long time. Sam told us to look around when we found what we really liked he would make sure of giving us a great deal. Sam turned us over to Nicholas we found the set we liked Nicholas consulted with Sam on our purchase they came together giving us a great deal. Sam kept his promise and you're a great store manager keep up good work! This Ashley Furniture is in Mansfield, OH great store to shop for furniture and that's due to great management and associates.

My wife and I walked into the local Ashley store looking for a sectional for our living room. We were greeted by Mackenzie, who, after introducing herself, asked if we wanted to look around first. We replied that we would and she proceeded to let us know she could reach out to her if we had questions. Very low key. We walked through the store looking at a number of sectionals and found one that we were very interested in. After looking at it for 5 minutes or so, Mackenzie approached us and asked if we had questions. From that point forward, she answered every question without us feeling the least bit pressured. Mackenzie was thorough, friendly and very interested in our needs. Completing the sale was easy as we opted for financing. We were in and out of the store in just over an hour. Would we return? You bet! Mackenzie and her manager, Kevin, were all-stars! We are looking forward to receiving our sectional. If the quality matched the sales experience, we will be very pleased. Thanks Mackenzie and Kevin! We have no doubt we will continue to be taken care of by Ashley!
