Tim was awesome at helping me find an great value on a mattress quickly and he was very knowledgeable as well! Would highly recommend him!

I had an AMAZING experience buying a new sectional at Ashley. Our saleswoman, Stacy Adams, was friendly, knowledgeable and took time to answer all my MANY questions. ️ She worked with the manager to not only beat the online price, but lower it enough that I was able to purchase a new coffee table too!

I always recommend Ashley because of the quality of the furniture, but now I will be recommending to go see Stacy Adams at Ashley! I am one extremely happy customer.

Stacy Adam's is the best. She was always available for questions, very knowledgeable, easy to work with, hilarious, and so much fun. She made you feel like you were family! We did not get the couch with stripper pole but will settle on the divorcee special. If you want a great deal and have fun while shopping for furniture, Stacy is your best option! I would recommend her to anyone. I've never had so much shopping for furniture! So go to Ashley furniture in spring meadows and ask for Stacy!

The sales staff is extremely pushy to the point where it was obnoxious. I feel like they tried taking advantage of my boyfriend and I because we are young and ‘probably ‘ haven’t had to furniture shop often. When we tried asking questions, they weren’t answered and tried saying other things to get us distracted from our question. We were barely left alone so we couldn’t discuss anything. The whole experience was stressful and terrible and left me with a migraine.

Horrible service in all departments! I recently moved and ordered over $2,000 worth of furniture on April 2nd. I was assured by Bob, who is a senior sales associate, everything would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks at the latest. Now I'm being told that my furniture won't be delivered until May 14th? ! Bob also promised me that I could have the floor room furniture until my permanent furniture arrived. Once again, he could not keep his promise and I'm left with nothing. Everything that I ordered is sitting in a warehouse 20 miles away and they can't deliver it. They won't even deliver me a mattress that I purchased. It's unacceptable that I have to wait over a month and a half for a few simple pieces of furniture. Please do not do business with this store.

Furniture is coming apart at the seems. We had it fixed once and it did it again but we were out of warranty.

This is our second furniture purchase from Ashley Furniture. We like the furniture. We shopped around, but both times found EXACTLY what we were looking for at Ashley. The sales people are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem I have had is with the extended warranty. We purchased the extended warranty SPECIFICALLY for the cushions. Then when we tried to make a claim 2 years after we bought our furniture. We were told that that we would have to pay out of pocket, because the cushions were only covered for 1 year. The sales people repeatedly told us that the cushions are supposed to be covered. The people at the store did everything they could to try rectify the situation. Then today, I got a call from Ashley's Service Department. The guy on the phone told me that the cushions aren't covered, we would have to pay out of pocket.

So yes, buy the furniture. DO NOT buy the extended warranty.

Our sales rep, Candy Prentice, was extremely helpful as we shopped for a new couch and chair. We told her what we were looking for and the price range, she showed us the options we had. Very nice experience.

I don’t like shopping for furniture, but my salesman and the staff made it very enjoyable. Felt like I was among friends, with no pressure and very helpful service. I went in for one particular thing, and they show me exactly what I wanted to see and a price I would never expected to be so low. Thanks

I've had a terrible experience working with this company. This was the first time I've bought furniture and it's not been pleasant. My mom to cheer me up, took me shopping for a new bedroom set after having surgery in July. The salesperson would not give us any space and I was exhausted and still recovering! We finally decided on a set and was told it would be 8 weeks for delivery. Okay fine.
8 weeks later and my set still hasn't been delivered. I've called and talked to Jimmy, who is the only reason this review has any stars at all. He at least has been very helpful and apologetic. The delivery people finally call today to schedule delivery, and didn't even bother to leave a voicemail. I had to check the number and call them back! My set isn't scheduled to be delivered until the first weekend in October, and it's not even guaranteed that it will be delivered then! If I could do this over again I would NOT be choosing Ashley. I hope I never have to buy furniture again because this has been awful.

Great deal today and sales people were fantastic. Saved even more from not using my warranty on table and applied it to furniture so I'm glad I stopped. Cant wait to get my new couch and loveseat. I forgot my sales persons name but he was walking with a cane and was very nice.

We purchased a brand new Ashley dining set in June 2018 and our experience with this store has been EXCEPTIONAL! After the table was delivered, my sister came to visit me a week later.she was painting her nails one morning and sat a cotton ball that was soaked in acetone directly on the top of the table. ‍️ I knew what I would find before I moved the cotton ball. The finish on the table had been dissolved and there was a very noticeable blemish on the top of my brand new table. We had purchased a warranty when we selected the table so I contacted the Manager, Bob Taylor at the Ashley store and he went above and beyond! I sent him pictures of the damage, he contacted his technician who stated he was unable to repair it since it was so extensive. Bob got me in touch with the warranty department and they coordinated the delivery of my new, NEW dining table set. Bob and the team at Ashley really saved the day! From the purchase all the way to the replacement was a seamless and professional process. We’ll recommend anyone that is looking to purchase new furniture to Ashley and tell them to go talk to Bob Taylor! He’ll make you an offer you can’t refuse and he’ll even square you away right in the middle of a golf tournament! Thanks again Bob and to all of you that assisted in getting our table replaced! We truly appreciate YOU! Your level of customer service is OUTSTANDING!

Derrick was fantastic. Ashley was the 3rd furniture store I went to in my search for new furniture. Derrick was the only salesman that gave me a wonderful overview of the stores layout and let me walk through the store by myself. Only checking in every now and again to see if I had any questions or found something I liked. I cannot express how relieving it was to not have someone right by my side the entire time, acting like I was going to steal from the store. Because of this I will come back to Ashley next time I am in need of furniture.

Don’t try moving and working with Ashley Furniture. It was literally a HUGE pain and they were not helpful in the slightest. After first trying to purchase online, my shipping and billing address don’t match because I have not moved yet, it wouldn’t let me. So I submitted a ticket with their help chat people, who said I would be contacted within an hour. The next day I called the online number and they said they would call me within an hour. They did not call within an hour instead the next day I got an email saying “we can not complete your order if your billing and shipping addresses don’t match”. No one ever reached out to attempt to try to help. So I went to this store in Holland, Ohio and explained the situation and they said they couldn’t ship to Illinois so they gave me the number to a Chicago store. (Kelly at this specific store did try to help, however literally no one else out of all the people I have talked with have tried to help, and Kelly wasn’t even successful) The Chicago store answered and said they don’t accept online payments. I will be in town for two days this month and I was trying to schedule delivery for the day I was there. The best this store could do was I could go the first day I was there and hope that they weren’t full for next day delivery and the product was stocked. I asked if I could reserve a spot in the delivery schedule and guess what, of course not! So now I will lose the Labor Day discount and still don’t have a couch. But I can of course go and pray the day I happen to be in town that they have next day delivery.really great customer service
