Great assistance from Jess at the Mentor store! She took her time showing me all of the bedroom sets. I was looking for my son & she did a great job explaining all of the pieces that would come with the set. She even showed me multiple mattresses & was able to come up with a set that worked within my budget. I will definitely be back when I need another piece of furniture!

Kristy and I were greeted at the door by Fred who welcomed us and said he'd be nearby if we needed anything. In 10 minutes we found a table we wanted and Fred was there in seconds. Answered all our questions, and as usual there were plenty.
I definitely recommend Ashley's and ask for Fred. We found two other small pieces and bought the table and chairs. Great furniture and staff. Entire buying process was great. Nice folks. Lindsey and Brian too.

They are there and they are doing Big things in Mentor everybody will welcome in such a way that you won't want to leave (atleast not without purchasing something) Check them out!
Josh and AJ were fabulous. They both introduced themselves, offered a handshake at intro and as they left. Gentlemen, the both of them. They were on the same page, communicated well with each other, took care to not damaged our walls, etc. They even had fun (Josh's duck call). Josh humbly, sheepishly was appreciative of my calling back to let them know I had the drill he left behind. 5-star kudos to the both of them!
