Our consultant, Ramon, was a pleasure from the time we walked in the door. No high pressure sales, down-to-Earth, nice guy - just told us the sale information and let us take our time looking around and just checked in periodically. He was very knowledgeable about the products, protection plan, and financing options. He answered all of our questions and also offered great suggestions and even brought us bottled water. The showroom was clean and orderly. We did end up purchasing a sofa and loveseat. Overall experience with Ramon and this location was an A+.

We mentioned just browsing and you let us. Never did we feel pressured to buy anything that night or felt like we had to make a decision right then. Matt was so wonderful! I needed a chair same day, and he made it happen over the phone! He texted me pictures of the chair, matched the online price, and made sure it was ready to pick up within an hour! In today's world, excellent customer service is rare. Chhorn was very good. He took his time on both my pedi and my mani. The place is a bit “old” and can use updating, but the service and friendliness of those there was exceptional. Kerri did my mom’s mani and she was so patient with her because my mom didn’t really know what she wanted and didn’t know how to explain what she wanted. At the end, her nails looked beautiful and she was very happy with what Kerri did. Definitely recommend this place.
