Kelly is the best! Very helpful. Quick to respond. Needed to make some changes to my lease and she answered all my questions and made the whole process quick and easy.

I wanted to take a minute to write this to give them recognition! I've lived here for a year & a half now, they always do a great job at keeping our parking lot clean & the trash picked up! I see them out picking up just about every single day and they never let the dumpsters overflow! When we have any issues it never takes them long to come out & handle it! Happy with my experience here!

9/26/23: I realized I had no hot water when I woke up, I called the rental office when I got to work, Kelly Sims assisted me very urgently and got a member of the maintenance team out to my house and fixed the problem right away. Thank you!

Update 10 months later- Still a really great place to rent from. Our manager still, very communicative and helpful in everything we need or the community needs. I absolutely recommend speaking with Kelly if you're looking for a home here at Ashton Pines!

Antoine came out and fixed my door and sink, pretty fast, maintenance here is awesome. Thanks.

Kelly went above and beyond to help me with some renters insurance conformation.

Mr. O’Neal was truly exceptional. When I called Ashton property I honestly didn’t expect to speak with a kind hearted young man, he answered all my questions. After talking with him over the phone I decided to book a tour of the apartment, first impressions are last impression. He is professional, knowledgeable about his job. We haven’t moved in to the apartment as yet but Mr. O’Neal made us feel like we are a part of the community. This property is perfect for family. It has a playground, a pool and all two and three bedrooms has a patio. The only thing it doesn’t have as yet is a gym, hopefully that changed in the near future. I will definitely keep you all updated when we do move in. Thank you again Mr. O’Neal for your time and effort. You are an outstanding young man. My family and I really believe you will be a high end real estate agent one day. Keep up the good work, don’t stop here because the sky is the limit

I will be New to the Columbus area and ALL ready Kelley is helping me so far very customer oriented! So far she has helped me guide through the rest of my application process and meet with her Monday afternoon with everything less- the unit I will be in is nice for my blended family! I am excited to become a resident in a nice area and office staff that will help residents! I hope for the holidays they step up and decorate and maybe adopt a small Christmas program for the residents to do a community hand up to other needing families!

If they are hiring I wouldn’t mind working for the company to rent out apartments or townhomes if not do the housekeeping and clean outs for them! And clean the community areas-

My roommate and I have lived here for almost 3 years now and have loved every minute of it! The people working in the office really care and are always willing to help when you need it. Tim always takes great care of my maintenance needs and knows exactly what he is talking about and goes above and beyond to fix what you need. You should definitely look at living here if you need a good place to call home!

Andy from maintance and Kelly from the office did my inspection they was both great very friendly out going and willing to help in any way. Again on 5-12- 23 Andy came and fixed my central air. Polite and considerate as always.thank andy!

Antoine from maintenance responded for a broken garbage disposal and was very friendly and respectful. Problem was fixed fast and efficiently.

We were having an issue with the bathroom faucet and the maintenance man Tim came over and fixed everything promptly. Tim went above and beyond, explaining everything in detail, thanks Tim!
