Aspen Dental, Ontario OH

Everyone was so wonderful! I was very pleased with the care received and will definitely be back in 6 months. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. The dentist was very informative and explained things in detail. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was amazing! You can really tell that she enjoys what she does. Thank you so much for what you do!

I had a root canal performed here in October by the Oral Surgeon who comes there once a month to do the root canals. As soon as he said ok all finished. I then knew I had made a horrible decision on going to Aspen Dental. The whole procedure was done in less than 20 mins! I've had root canals performed before and never was it that quick. I've had simple fillings take longer. I was in shock he was so fast. Honestly I spent more time with the billing lady charging my insurance around $1,500 and almost $300 outta pocket to cover this procedure then I did having the root canal preformed. Even though I had a feeling they rushed threw my procedure n didnt do the best he could of. I just said a prayer it was done right n went on my way. A few weeks into a month or so later a abscensse formed above that tooth he worked on. I went to my primary dentist to have some more work done and told him of my situation and the abscensse that formed over that tooth. He took a look and said he thought the root canal was probably not sealed properly n air was probably still getting in and a Infection was there. My worst Fears confirmed. I then called Aspen n told them that the oral surgeon that did my root canal on my tooth didnt seal it properly and now my tooth had a abscesse above it and it needed fixed. That's when they pretty much told me I would have to pay another office visit plus more to have him fixed! Yes, they expected me to pay them more $ to have them fix their mistake! I was of course livid n refuse to give them another penny to fix something they didnt do properly in the 1st place. Since then I have continued to have a abscesse on that tooth on and off and just recently that tooth has chipped in the back due to his shotty work. I will now be looking for someone else to fix this oral sugeons horrible work he done and thought I needed to let others know what kind of work this place is doing. The oral Surgeon is only there 1 a month or so, so he literally tries to fit as many people in as he can in that day, not to help people but make more money obviously. The more Root Canals he performs the more Money he makes. Maybe if he would have cared more about his work n took his time, I would of got a good root canal and not one that wasnt sealed properly! Then to expect me to pay to fix that mistake is disgusting! Aspen Dental is a joke and so is their work! I hope and pray that no one else has to go threw what I did. I'm at risk of losing this tooth now n it's a front tooth that noticable all bc he wanted to hurry n move on to the next patient and make that $$$. Please dont be that next patient that's why I'm sharing my review on here. Praying no one makes the same mistake and goes here for any work. They are despicable

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had to make emergency appointment for a broken tooth, because my dentist was closed for the holiday. They were able to get me in within 2 hours. The staff and dentist went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
Needless to say I will be going to Aspen from now on. Well done all and Thank You

My top dentures broke in to 2 pieces. Called they got me right in and made me new dentures. I love them they are correctly made. I have a difficult TMJ issue and it is hard to get it correct and make the teeth work at the same time. The Dr was awesome. Not only did he help the TMJ issue but the teeth touch at the same time and set correctly. I would defiantly recommend. The office staff was wonderful and very helpful. I am terrified of dentist offices and this was a wonderful experience.

I have been to this office multiple times, one of which was to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I have waited almost ten years to do so because of fear, but I was less nervous because of how comfortable I was with the office staff (quickly too). Everything went amazing, I have had a total of three appointments and I have absolutely no complaints!

If I could go lower I would. If you're over 21 and have not previously been their patient, they will not accept your care source. And then thinking you're going to see my kid in a room without me, hell no.

I had never been to Aspen Dental before, but I broke off part of a tooth and needed help so I called Aspen Dental in Ontario, Ohio. They gave me an appointment within the hour. The staff were very efficient, kind, and timely. Also, the equipment was state-of-the-art, the family is spotless and fresh, and the staff and Dentist explained everything they were doing to me and why. Kindness, professionalism, expertise and help is what I received and I will continue to be a patient.

My fear of dentists ranks right up there with my coulrophobia (fear of clowns)
The staff at Aspen understood this and set out to put me at ease. From reception through to dental assistants and right up to Dr Patel I felt comfortable enough that my fight or flight instinct didnt kick in. Even the billing department went above and beyond to help make everything affordable. I will never go any place else! Thank You So Much Aspen Dental.

Dr. Dax did a great job on my filling. He was gentle and I didn't even feel the needle when he did the numbing!

They are a rip off! Paying over $6,000 for a dang "deep cleaning" fill one cavity and one new crown? Sure, if you do not have insurance they will use their Dentalfirst financing, not explain everytihng and take your money that you do not even have! Sure they are nice! Beware folks with no insurance, they will put you in the poor house! I wouldnt even give them one star, but had to in order to post review. How can these people sleep at night? We CAN NOT afford this scam of a company! Do not go there!

Went in to get a chipped tooth that was cutting my tongue and causing HORRENDOUS pain, probably needed extracted. They were going to have me schedule an appointment for another day to do anything about it.

If its an emergency, do not come here. They won't help immeadiately.

Awesome doctor and hygienist! Unfortunately the office staff is some of the most unprofessional, disorganized, rude people I have ever dealt with. Going somewhere else.

Everyone, from the office staff, the dental assistants to the doctor were amazing. They treated me with care and made me feel at ease. The kindness they showed me won't be forgotten. Highly recommend this office!

Horrible! Denture too small, face droopy, uneven bite, sore. They lie, they over charge, they sell you on the highest quality denture and then make the cheaper one, knowing a client does not know the difference. Rude when you disagree. Does not honor money back guarantee. Don't go this office.

Very professional reception and scheduling staff also the hygienist performed in a very professional and outstanding manner.

Dr. Dax and staff did a great job on my extractions. Didnt feel a thing. Very satisfied and of course they will be doing all my dental work. Very friendly staff!
