They went way above n beyond n did more for less then anybody else would n very agreeable! I'll recommend everyone!

Dr Florian is so awesome! He took the time to listen to me and my history. He helped me with my anxiety by showing me respect and compassion. His staff is wonderful as well I highly recommend Dr Florian at Aspen Dental in Medina

They are very attentive when it comes to a patients. They are always very understanding and throughly answer all of my questions when it comes to my dental health

They make you wait forever even walk-ins were taken before me and I made an appointment online. Then waited more for doctor to see me and even longer for the so called office manager to try to pressure me in to an expensive procedure, she was very unprofessional. Went to family dental next day, save yourself hassle and just go there

Unprofessional office staff, regional manager, elder abuse, overcharge, being dishonest for unnecessary procedures. Verbal abusive language used by regional manager Brittany Moore on speaker phone to my husband and myself.
I am speaking on behalf of my mother who recently went in to this office for a follow up cleaning after a procedure for upper and lower temporary partials in October. Dentist Florian told her to complete the treatment plan she needs 4 crowns and 1 extraction for 10,000.00. My mother believed him, wrote a check for 5847.00 amount after using Aetna savings plan. My mom was in the dentist chair for a long time, come to find out no one bothered to look at her medical history on file or ask my mom if she was taking a Blood Thinner! Which she is! I want to add I discussed this with the regional manager Brittany Moore who said with the volumn of patients the office sees they don't have time to ask medical questions before procedure. We made an appointment for my mom to see another dentist who said this was unnecessary treatment, my mom did not need 2 more crowns or a tooth extraction. My mom did return to Dr Florian to have the 2 permanent crowns seated.
A patient advocate accompanied my mother to the office. My mom paid the bill for 2 crowns.
Upon leaving the office Dr Florian said to my mom, you must call to schedule for the permanent partials! Never, never patronize this business!

My hygienist Ann, was very caring & took the time to explain what she was doing & why. A real professional that showed compassion & took pride in her work. I would definitely refer friends & family to Aspen Dental!

Very professional staff. Greeted and ask if I would fill out papers. With in minutes I was taken in back x-rayed. After that, the dentist came in and checked my teeth and set me up for my cleaning. Very virus conceious and everything clean and sanitized.

Nice and friendly, clean latest in x-ray equipment, but very pricey in their treatments. Does not honor Humana medicare insurance!

PLEASE READ before getting any work done here!

(This is an edited post from a few weeks ago because I felt like more detail was necessary).

Went here and I was told I had $1170 worth of work to be done. Got a second opinion and was told I hardly needed any work done! They were even confused at the information that was given to me from Aspen.

At this appointment, Aspen had scheduled me for four follow-up appointments to get the work done. They would have taken hours that included cavity fillings and gingivitis treatment. I was given a LIST of problems in my mouth that needed to be fixed. I was then told by my second opinion dentist that I had no cavities!

In addition, Aspen told me the procedures cost $5000 before insurance (unreal) and that I would have had “only” to pay the previously stated amount ($1170) thanks to my insurance coverage. My second option told me that my insurance wouldn’t even cover fillings until my insurance coverage kicks in for fillings in NOVEMBER. My second opinion had NO clue how Aspen came up with ANY of their numbers.

Had a cleaning today by the dentist I received the second opinion from. Aspen originally told me I had gingivitis and scheduled me for a deep cleaning. I told my dentist and they laughed.they said my gums were perfectly fine.

Honestly, I have never been so blatantly lied to by a business that so clearly had the intentions of taking my money. It’s disgusting and I urge people not to go here. If you do and are told by aspen that something is wrong, please get a second opinion. You will most likely save money and hours of unnecessary work on your teeth.

Great service, aspen dental did a great job. I would refer to anyone that needed dental work done.

If I can give this experience negative stars I would. I went in with pain in my Mouth. And when I left, I was still in pain— and all I got was a “treatment plan” that was going to cost me $2400. With that being said, I got a second opinion from a real dentist, who told me that I did not need the “treatment plan. ” I needed a filling and some antibiotics. That’s it. The moral of the story is this. Run. Run far away from this place. They will max your insurance benefit, then double it. And the work won’t even be needed.

Aspen dental knew we didn't have insurance and needed a payment plan. But still wanted us to come in and help us! All until they did credit check (was never mentioned in phone call) and didn't qualify. So waste of time!

Went in for a first patient visit and was told I had 3 cavities that needed filled, 2 soft spots that were almost cavities and that I needed scaling and rooting for my advanced periodontitis.

I go to another dentist for a 2nd opinion and they tell me I have 0 cavities and they are not sure why another dentist would tell me I have 3 and they said I had slight to moderate periodontitis not advanced periodontitis.

Not sure how aspen saw 3 cavities and advanced periodontitis when another dentist said I had 0 cavities and slight to moderate periodontitis so make sure to get a second opinion or they might be doing unnecessary work to your teeth and costing you extra money for no reason.

So far, in my crown process, it has been a great experience! Everyone has been very friendly and Dr. Florian has a magic touch when it comes to needles!

Dr. Florian worked very well with me. He was very receptive, welcoming, and professional during my visits. I had my upper teeth removed and a denture made and the process was not anything like some other people's Aspen experiences. I am no longer a patient because I moved a few counties away, however, I would definitely recommend Dr. Florian for individuals in the Medina, Ohio area.

Dr Florian saw my 3 year old & was so kind and gentle! Brandi was awesome with getting a 3yr old bitewings! Danielle was amazing with him as well! Polished his teeth perfectly! Amazing office. I would recommend here to absolutely anyone!
