Took time out to verify that I was not in pain for procedures. Explain the process of my future appointment.

Doc Nirmal is amazing! Staff is friendly too and they offer financing. I took both of my kids here to get work done and they have beautiful smiles

Do not go here! My wife had an appointment a few weeks ago and was a new patient. She’s 6 months pregnant and was having really bad tooth pain. When she arrived to her appointment the front desk told her, that her appointment was cancelled, and we were called. I missed the call. When I checked the voicemail a lady called and said they needed a release from her doctor because she is pregnant. So you cancel the appointment because I missed your call? You called one time and did not mention anything about the appointment being cancelled. After I talked with the front desk. The dentist said they can actually still see my wife. That would have been the end of my issue with Aspen Dental of Stow. My wife was with the doctor for maybe 10 minutes and no I am not exaggerating. I have never been to the dentist for only 10 minutes. So that tells me the dentist did not care. He rushed because he could not be bothered because of a miscommunication. Then the dentist tells her it “looks” like a root canal. So they refer her to a specialist. The specialist said it’s not a root canal. I drove 45 minutes for this appointment and left work early. This is absolutely terrible patient care. I can’t believe we were treated so poorly. If I was the office manager I would check into this. I bet this happens a lot. It seemed very casual to just cancel a patients appointment. I will be filing a complaint with The Ohio State Dental Board.

Best Dental Experience I've ever had. Quick, efficient, kind, helpful and clear communication on all fronts.

Everyone who works there is so kind. They definitely try their best to make your experience quick and easy.

This facility is the worst i've ever gone to! It is very disorganized and always messing up! I arrived for my teeth cleaning and was told my appointment was canceled, but was never informed beforehand. Mind you they had rescheduled my last 4 seperate appointments.

Additionally, I told 3 different workers I was pregnant before my cavity appointment and they still managed to give me the wrong medication that pregnant women arent suppose to receive!

Lastly, I was told I had a zero balance at the end of my last appointment and then receive a bill for over $900 months later.

I do not reccomend going to this dentist! They are sure to mess up in one way or another!

Love Dr. Nirmal. Only reason I drive 45 minutes. Best and most caring dentist I have found. Everyone else is great there too.

Quick and mostly painless, I did have a short wait past my appointment but staff are very friendly and professional.

I have never been more relaxed on a dentist visit. The entire staff was super patient with me. Dentist was very clear explaining what was needed and no pressure to get it done.

They advertised First Visit Free and billed me $73.00. I called to the office few times and asked them to remove this balance from my account since my first visit supposed to be free. They said they will remove this balance every time when I call. No, they didn’t remove this balance and sent it to the dept collectors. Thanks to Aspen Dental! Never recommend and never come back!

I am so happy I went to Aspen Dental. The staff was amazing! They were very gental and kind.

Staff is super helpful and I couldn't have asked for a more streamlines experience. Definitely will be my preferred dental care from now on.

People here are crooks they tell you that the x ray and exams are free then they tell you it’s $280 just to be examined. Place needs to be shut down

They will label any minor blemish as a cavity if they know your insurance will cover it. Who knows how much damage they caused drilling into over 5 teeth that weren’t actually needing filled. They diagnosed like 17 cavities. My dentist after these people said I had 3 fillings needed. 17 vs 3 is hilarious. These are borderline insurance fraud artists that will stop at nothing, not even destroying your teeth, to get their paycheck.
