I was very nervous after speaking to both the dentist and store manager about my proposed plan of care. When the total bill was proposed, my income and what i could afford was not taken into affect. Not untill i had to explain several times. They were very nice but i unfortunately cannot go back. This place is designed for people who have an unlimited bank account.

I am very disappointed with my experience as a new patient with Aspen.
I scheduled an appointment the middle of January for my daughter, explaining she’s been having tooth pain and would like to get an extraction I was scheduled an appointment for today at 9am for treatment (extraction). Upon arrival I was told she wasn’t in the system and since she’s a new patient it’ll just be for a cleaning, doc visit, etc. AND our appointment wasn’t in the system! I was offered another appointment time for 11 today all for that appointment to be canceled due to the hygienist leaving.

If I was properly informed on the process I wouldn’t have been so frustrated thinking my daughters tooth problem was going to be resolved the day of and telling her.but idk what the scheduling mishap was about but I do know if it was me who missed an appointment I would have to pay a fee!

Everyone at the office in Toledo was extremely welcoming. They were so nice from the time I walked in to the time I left. They really treated me like gold. I have recommended them to everyone. I highly recommend the Aspen dental on Talmadge Rd. Thank you again ladies for the laughs. See you soon

Took over a hour to be seen, after being taken back. They over book appointments an not enough staff

First appt making me wait 2 hours. 2nd appt only did the consultation and no cleaning. 3rd appt have to reschedule. 3rd appt did not call me and I have to call them because I received an email about reschedule and they would call me but guess what 1 hour prior to my appt they did not call me! So I have to call them. Now my next appt is another month. I never have this experience with other dentist. This place like to waste my time and I seriously dont like it. I work full time, goes to school, and I make time for this place and they are wasting my time! All of this is in the span of 1-2 months and nothing happens. I am warning you, if you like to waste your time or you don’t work then this place is right for you

Dr badam is absolutely amazing in her profession! Cal ways courteous extremely professional and has gone above and beyond as well as her staff and colleagues

I had an emergency and no dentist. Aspen got me in right away! Did not have to wait for services. Did multiple x-rays. Doctor came in right away! I didn't have to wait! Went over everything, came up with a plan. All appointments scheduled right away and out the door I went! Everyone was nice and friendly and eased my fears and anxiety! Looking forward to getting my teeth taken care of! Thanks Aspen Dental

My first appointment at this office took 2 hours to even have the Dr. Step foot into my room for my consultation. Today was my apt at 9 a.m. By 10: 15 the Dr. Finally came in to numb me for my procedure, I waited for the numbing to work. Now it’s time for my procedure, well the equipment was faulty which was nice of them not to want to use it on me. Now with the above stated for the long wait, when I scheduled this appointment I told them I had to be done by 11: 30 for another appointment. Now they come in to tell me that they don’t have the right equipment for another half hour and the procedure should take roughly 30 minutes. Should have been plenty of time! But she couldn’t guarantee to be done in time so I left with my face numb and my tooth not fixed. Poor time management is the bottom line! Quit booking too many people for the staff and equipment. Unless you have a whole day to spend waiting choose another dentist.

Money scheme joke of a dentist. I would never recommend anyone here. They will tell you anything for money but not even do the job. Came in for a chipped tooth and did everything but work on it. Told me they could get me in next day for work and then tried to tell me they couldn't. After saying it was urgent they scheduled me the next day. Drove an hour away for them to tell me they needed to move my appointment down 3 hours. Watched another family be told the weren't going to be seen on the day the scheduled because they didn't confirm on a weekend even though the appointment was already confirmed and also watched a lady who was told what the price was going to be and they tried to upscale here and say more until she argued with them and dropped a price. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT GO HERE!

Had my tooth pulled and after my appointment they had me sit out in the waiting room to pay I waited an hour all for them to say they couldn’t get ahold of my insurance plan.

I was very nervous for my appointment but Ariel and Dr. Badam made me feel very comfortable. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I'm very happy with my results thus far.

Me personally I haven't had a good experience with Aspen dental I've been dealing with the same problem that I went to them for in 2019 they looked at me sent me up to the financing people and after they told me I was denied they just dismissed me like I was nothing and I call yesterday for an emergency appointment
with the same thing that I went in for in 2019 and the lady was so rude on the phone I told her that my mouth was hurting and have a hole in my tooth and I have an abscess on my tooth and she she still schedule me for a Friday appointment didn't ask me if I had insurance if I was going to pay out of pocket or nothing but it's all good I found the dentist that got me in today no waiting took the time out to listen and understand the problem and believe me y'all wouldn't even get the one star if I could only do a review that's the only way we can do a review if we give you all at least one star y'all don't even deserve one star.

I received and replied to confirming appointment on my email from Aspen for me and my mother whom I oversee her medical needs. I thought by point/click on button it confirmed. I later received a text reminder about my mother's appointment as it stated to "call for any questions or to reschedule. " Since I did not call (I had no questions or desire to reschedule) Aspen cancelled my mothers appointment whom I schedule 45 minutes after mine. It was very inconvenient and had to schedule my mother another day. I was informed by an associate that the email received goes to corporate and therefore does not register with local Aspen office. My question, why even confirm via email since it is not communicated with local office? In addition, I took the liberty of setting up accounts to fill in patient forms to save time as new patient registration at office. When arriving reception (Morgan) told me to refill out via notebook all the forms I had done online so that they can capture my signature. And persisted in requiring me to do so. Fortunately, one of the managers intervened and informed reception they will print the documents for a wet signature and eliminate redundancy. This is my first experience and hope that the treatment phase will go smoother.

Absolutely the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. From the wait times, to the rude staff.all around horrible environment. Would not recommend that anybody goes here.

Better make sure you keep tabs on your appointment they will switch it around on you at the last minute
