This place deserve 0 stars. They are listed as emergency dental. You make an apt and get there and they say they don’t do anything on the initial visit. What kind of emergency service is that. My husband walked out. My insurance better not be billed for anything! They DO NOT have my authorization to bill them. Run do not walk away from Aspen Dental.

Called with a referal to remove a wisdom tooth thats been giving me issues. After speaking with them, they told me that they wont see a patient unless they are pulling 3 or more teeth. What a joke.

Worst dental clinic in the central Ohio. They always want to sell you something you dont need. They dont have trained staff.

Their system was down and they weren’t able to do the service I scheduled for. That in itself is not the issue; they weren’t going to tell me but rather just do an exam (which I didn’t need), then tell me. So I’d have had to pay for the exam. Then I explained how I drove 40min this appt and of course frustrated, I elected not to fill out paperwork since I wouldn’t come back up to Delaware if I can be seen closer to home. Apologies were an afterthought, they were more interested in saying they can’t do anything (but we’re happy to copy my insurance card). As I was walking out, I could hear everyone at the front desk laughing at me. I’ve had issues with my teeth and it’s an insecurity so I found this hurtful, inappropriate, and unprofessional.

All Staff and Doctor were very Professional, very friendly, made me comfortable and helped with financing.

The Staff was friendly. However, the manager told me my OOP cost, after billing my insurance, for 2 procedures was $1700. I found out the next day that that is the cost BEFORE billing my insurance. They had me get approved for a loan to pay for the procedures. Luckily the loan company let me cancel after I explained the situation.

I called 2 other dental offices the next day and found out my OOP cost for the same procedures should be less than $200. I'm scheduled to get the work done by one of these offices.

Talk about price gouging.

If you go here to have a procedure advocate for antibiotics. But I highly suggest you don't go here if you value your life. And don't want to have to spend up to $50,000 (without insurance) at a hospital to fix their mistake. Ended up with an abscess that ruptured and almost caused me my life. All because whenever I went back to talk to them they refused to prescribe the medication they promise before I went to sleep before the procedure. I did it everything right that they had on that paper and still almost died. They didn't answer the emergency number either

Terrible service. Never corresponded with my insurance company for my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction and 5 min before they took her back they sent me a text saying i owed $3200. Never before told anything about what was happening. Then i couldn't get the information needed to submit for reimbursement. Not sure but they probably shared my insurance information with my ex without my permission. Not a very reputable company!

The support staff was AMAZING.the dentist was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL man. The first time I went in was a wonderful female dentist, although when I came back to start the work she was gone and replaced with another dentist that was rude and arrogant. I had all top teeth pulled, he gave so much numbing medication I ended up in the ER afterward. When I came in for follow up the dentist didn't bother to come talk to me or even look in my mouth to see how it was healing. Again.support staff and office staff were truly wonderful although that dentist needs to find work that doesn't involve a good beside manner or even dealing with other people. I was made to pay in full before they would begin the work back in May but now received a bill for over 500$ Even though the original paperwork I have says I've paid in full? DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!

You really have a great dential hygienist, who knows how to clean one teeth with out making you sore and does a really good job with your teeth. I've had a lot of different dential hygienist but the one that you have at Aspen is definitely one of the better ones at doing her job. So far my experience with the dentist has not been a very good one with one problem after another but finally they got everything straightened out and everything is great now

It was doing great when I 1st started going there. I really loved the staff and the dentist was awesome, after a while there were new staff and new dentists that weren't so great. Then covid hit and everything stopped once covid was over they never contacted me to start my appointments again or do anything. At one point I had a chipped tooth fixed in the front of my mouth and she asked me if I wanted a gap in between my teeth. I shook my head no, after she was all finished and I looked in the mirror there's a hell of a gap in between my 2 front teeth. Why would you put a gap between someone's teeth why would you want that in the 1st place. I just don't understand. I no longer go there I found a new dentist because they totally dropped the ball on me and I was tired of getting a new dentist every time I went.

Can’t keep an appointment to save their lives. First they confirm the appointment days prior and then call you the day of your appointment to cancel when it’s their fault they lied. Was about to drive over 2 hours for an extraction that they said an oral surgeon would be there for. Instead, they canceled morning of leaving an infected, compacted tooth in my mouth with no relief whatsoever. More money spent and more money lost from having to miss even more work because of their negligence. Nasty attitude from them in their office too. Wouldn’t even consider them if I were you. Save your time and your mouth, go elsewhere. They don’t care if you have what could be a life threatening infection going on in your mouth, all they’ll do is lie to you and cancel your appointment.

Would absolutely not recommend. The front desk is clueless and never any help. They are constantly trying to reschedule my appointments after they are the ones who picked the date and time to begin with. Communication skills are lacking. As soon as my insurance open enrollment opens, I will be switching my plan so I can go back to anthony dental in Sunbury. It’s honestly shocking to see the differences in the two offices. If you have a choice, go anywhere but here.

They were able to give quotes quickly, accommodated my husband's hearing impairment quickly and sensitively, and wasted no time at getting a prescription called in post procedure for him.

Waited for 45 minutes to get a quote on partial dentures.they took about 30 x-rays and then the dentist started talking about my other teeth. I ask if she understood why I was there and what i came in for. She said that she did but she was the doctor and would decide what we talked about. I walked out and will never return. Doctors need to start look at people as customers instead of patients
