Aspen Dental, Cincinnati OH

I had a procedure done today which was not the most comfortable. However Dr Ellis and her assistant DeSha sorry If I spelled that wrong. Made the procedure way more comfortable. Very pleasant experience despite the pain which couldn't be helped. Dr Ellis truly cares about her patients appreciated her and her assistants chairside manner. Aspen Dental truly has a gem with these two.

Very detailed with state of the art equipment. All the employees were very warm, friendly and explained everything in detail.

Wouldn’t pull my tooth that I specifically went in to have pulled they said cuz my blood pressure was too high which my blood pressure has never been high so I guarantee if I would of had insurance they would of pulled it no problem! The staff was so nice tho I gotta give them that but I left unhappy and untreated because I have no insurance and no money! Very disappointed

Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I am usually very anxious at the dentist, but that was minimal at Aspen because the folks there are super nice

So so very professional makes you feel like part of the family. Everything moves so smoothly and quickly and professionally. I don't like going to the dentist office but I will make Aspen dental from now on.

Went in for an initial visit because I needed a cavity filled. They took my blood pressure with an automatic wrist cuff. The machine read 181/115. Which is CRAZY high. They said they could not fill my cavity because if that. Which is true because I should have been feeling TERRIBLE with such a high reading. And I was not. I am glad they revealed their incompetence BEFORE filling my cavity. My doctor checked my BP and it was 120/75. I will be finding a competent dentist to work on my teeth.

My son went in 8/2 to have wisdom teeth extracted however due to complications they were unable to provide the service. I was told it would take 30days to refund $1965 that I paid. 30days past called about my refund and was told it’s 30-45 and they don’t see where the insurance company paid the $193 for the office visit. Informed them that on my end I’m showing paid but I will give it a couple of days. Fast forward to today and now they are unable to give me information on my sons acct because there’s no release form on file. I’ve talk to billing 3x but NOW no one can give me information. It’s going on 2months. This place is a joke and will be hearing from my attorney real soon

I had a schedule appointment for two hours on some extractions ending up, lasting two hours longer but the doctor and her assistant was very caring. Calmed me down when I got nervous made sure I was very comfortable appreciate the extra attention Thanks so much doc and assistant

Daijah & Dr Ellis are a great team. They made me feel comfortable, safe, got the job done in a timely manner & are funny. 10/10 recommend!

Staff were very friendly and followed safety protocols. Doctor Hughes was very helpful in explaining the procedure, prior to and follow-up until my next appointment. I felt no pain at all during the procedure and felt assured during. Very happy with my choice to choose Aspen Dental as my new dental provider. Highly recommend.

Dentist and assistant were great, professional and caring. Would recommend Aspen Dental to my friends and family.

I made an appointment in May, when I got there they said that their system was done. So they did x-rays, had the dentist check my teeth. Then they informed me that they don't clean your teeth on your first appointment and since the system was down, they would call me. They took my insurance information to make sure that they would get paid but never called me. I called twice, left my number which they said they had. That was three months ago and still no call. I bet they got paid for the x-rays. I would not recommend this location.

I called them and made an appointment. They called me and said that I need to reschedul I rescheduled and they call again same. Do not go here

No one will ever answer the phone there and if you leave a message they will not return your call I called and left a message every day for 5 straight days and no one returned my call
