Went because I had a toothache, after exam went to discuss what I needed. I need all my teeth removed and I understand that, but could have pulled the one that's bothering me the most, instead we discussed the price of having them all pulled and dentures. Let's just say that I could buy a decent used car for the amount they wanted.
I doubt I'll go back. I'll find somebody else to pull my teeth, even if it's one at a time.

If you've ever been to a car dealership and had a snake oil salesman try to upsell every feature as a must-have, you've been to Aspen Dental.

This was the absolute worst dental experience I've ever had in my life. I had two teeth that needed removed. I had a referral from a different dentist and went here to get my teeth removed. Aspen knew this, Instead of removing my teeth they tried to sell me 12k worth of work and did an ungodly amount of unessary x-rays. I said ummm I came here to get my teeth removed. Of course I had to schedule another appointment for this. When I came in to get the work done it took two hours to remove two teeth. The dentist slipped twice cut my tongue and jabbed me in the back of my mouth. Then they tried to just send me home with no pain meds at all. I had to ask for ibuprofen 800 and was surprised I even got that. Needless to say it's been 3 days and my mouth is still hurting and I feel like I have been butchered!

I went to get a cleaning. I got everything but a cleaning. They did x-rays and told me about the thousands of dollars things I needed done. When the hygienist checked my teeth I ask if I would get my teeth cleaned she said no this was a new patient appointment. I said when I called I wanted a cleaning. They could not schedule me for this till February. I will never go back there again

Staff is very polite and nice everybody did their job it was a good job telling me in full details how they're going to run the procedure thank you

Try to sell things you don’t need unwilling to work with you about payments
Try to push services on you that are not needed!

My dental hygienist was wonderful! She was gentle and very informative. Definitely a keeper!

A great office from the time you walk in the door, friendly. THe girls who take care of you put you at ease, I'm a big baby when it comes to dentist but not here. The help to make you problems with your dentures go away. Thanks everyone at Aspen dental in Alliance.

This was honestly the worst Dental experience I ever experienced. The entire staff was rude as soon as we entered the door. The receptionist has an attitude especially since it was closer to the end of the day and was rude and disrespectful and shouldn't have a job at all.
As for the Dentist, I don't understand how she has a degree. Had a root Canal done when younger and the "Dentist" argued that there was never one done. Then on top of that the disrespect and belittle someone who has had trauma from the dentist when they were younger. Complete waste of time and worst place I've ever experienced.

I went in for an upper denture. From day one every employee treats you like family. I had to have 10 teeth extracted by Dr Maurer who was awesome! He was done before I new it and 0 pain! He really knows what he's doing! Thanks Aspen!

Dont waste your time with this place. I made a new patient appointment three weeks ago, walked in on appointment day on time, and was told they're experiencing a computer system issue. They took my phone number down, and all I've gotten is a generic email stating they're sorry and they're trying to fix the issue. No phone call to reschedule, nothing. It's like they don't even care.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Every procedure was explained. The suites were spacious compared to other dentist I didn't feel crammed into a little space. All cost were explained fully including everything that wouldn't be covered because insurance coverage was maxed. Nothing hidden, I liked that.

PATHETIC! I’ve been calling them for months about a wisdom extraction no call back, nothing! Will never do business with this company again

Set appointment because i had a couple broken teeth that needed removed and all they wanted to do was sell me dentures or implants but wouldn't remove my teeth, so i missed a day of work for absolutely nothing, it felt like i was at a car dealership instead of a dentist.if they will only pull teeth to sell you dentures or implants then they should tell people that! It was a completely uncomfortable experience and was still left to figure out my tooth problems on my own.i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Tried to schedule an appointment for surgical extraction and couldn’t even get past the girl scheduling. Backed up on her words and told me she didn’t say what she did. BY FAR, the rudest scheduling personnel I’ve ever dealt w. Have to assume the doctors are the same.

If there's a way to make a dental appointment pleasurable, the entire staff at Aspen dental in Alliance, Ohio, knows how. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. Every step from x-rays to the dental exam by a very knowledgeable doctor was done without me feeling rushed or not cared about. I can't recommend this office more.
