Manager was not friendly but was very knowledgeable. No name tags. Dentist was great. Room needs to be rearranged. No one came where I can see them when they’re talking. Walking in the building smelled weird and needs lavender or other essential orders.

I just went to Aspen dental last week very very poor service they didn't help me all they wanted is make sure my insurance company can pay well they do and this the crazy part my face is swollen they gave me no antibiotics no next appointment no nothing my teeth is broke swollen in pain they claim they were going to have someone call me never happened I called them they say the lady was with someone else I am not going back there poor service and don't care for patients only they insurance company period not giving no stars they don't deserve it and this page won't let u get off unless u give a star the hell even the survey is messy

Not a very welcoming dentist. Very long wait times, non friendly staff, and they do terrible work. I do not recommend!

Cold unwelcoming. Go elsewhere. Practice is to get most money. I was a new patient I never been to a place where exam and cleaning had to be done in separate visits. Sure it’s a money move behind it.

I love this place but I can't be able to start my treatment plan because my dental insurance only covers $1,000 out of my $5,000+ plan. I'm gonna have to get that kind of money at the casino sometime that way I can pay that.

It took an hour after my scheduled appointment to see the dentist. I had two lower wisdom teeth removed and they never gave me the proper tool to keep the wound clean. My mouth is in worse shape now than before seeing them. The place is not very clean and neither are the dental tools attached to the chair. I do NOT recommend. The hygienists are rude and the one that helped me the first time looked like some Jester from a clown show, she had five foot long braids that were a candy apple red color and she had a disturbing odor as well.the whole business is disgusting and I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.

I was there for 1 hour and 30 minutes. 45 in the lobby, 15 sitting in the back for them to Check me out… I was supposed to get a cleaning. But I didn’t. I had to schedule another appointment.

The worst dentist I've ever been to. Every procedure they have done to me over the past year has been extremely painful. 3 /4 fillings they did needed to be either pulled by another dentist, shaved down or a root canal done on it. They always over numb on every procedure. The cleaning I had was extremely painful. The office is trying to charge me full price for a root canal without even using my insurance and communicated the wrong price they were gonna charge me for the root canal and crown on top of the $205 I did put towards it is not even shown on the itemized bill. The wait times sitting in the dentist chair are literally hours to have a 10 minute procedure done. I once had to wait a hour for them to listen to what I had a problem with wait another hour for them to numb me up.had them numb me up and then wait another hour for them to start and by the time they drilled into my tooth I had to be numbed again and waited another hour for them to drill into my tooth just for it to not even fix the problem I had. The dentist here are bad the staff are trying to either scam me or screw me out of thousands of dollars. And everything they have done to my mouth has had to be fixed by a new dentist.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Everything is explained in detail and I left there feeling very comfortable about my choice

Fantastic, kind Dr and staff. Didn't rush because it was closing time. Stayed and finished my service without rushing and made me feel comfortable!

I was very nervous and anxious but everyone was so very nice and made me feel better about myself. No judgement. The doctor was thorough and explained everything so I could understand everything.

Had a crown put on two years ago. It fell off two months later and they glued it back on. It fell off again a week ago. They wanted to charge me $135 to glue it back on and said the crown was junk.
. C'mon spend over $1000 on a crown and it lasts only two years. I'll never go there again.

I don’t remember the lady’s name but I think she was the office manager. She is short, on the heavier side, middle aged, rude & nasty. She needs to be fired. She has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Her attitude was disgusting. I will never come back here until she is gone.

I went to a different dentist and I will say they are terrible. I called Aspen and they got me in the day I called and so far I'm very satisfied in my choice. I have referred few of my friends to Aspen

Long time patient, have always been pleased. That is until my latest visit in July. Angela was to check my insurances and call me to schedule. No call. I called THREE times for follow up asking for Angela. She is not available but will return my call. Nothing. I stopped in to ask for follow up. Same thing. No Angela nor anyone else cared to return my calls to schedule. Don't get it.

Denture doesn’t fit. Staff and dentists terrific but went their for dentures. Far too big. Now need to use tons of sticky glue.

Has the worst office manager I have ever encountered. I have spent thousands here and she was rude and nasty. She cancelled my appointment 10hrs before the appointment, when I had already scheduled work off. I asked when she can get me scheduled next and she gave me one a couple monyhs from now. I had to go to urgent care to even get antibiotics for my tooth that was infected and now they want me to wait a couple months to get it pulled. Will never come back here again. Its disgusting how they treat people
