This is the second time I had an appointment, left work early to be told my appointment didn’t exist, I got 5 text reminders with the date and time of my appointment today which was rescheduled without anyone calling me. Very frustrating.

I felt that they didn't listen to me. Because my dentures are to big. But they me that I have a gagging reflex.an I have to get used to the dentures. I will not be going back

Everyone was very polite and helpful. I had an extremely bad tooth and it really hurt and the Dr explained why he couldn't pull it right then. We had to get the infection down before he could pull it so I went on antibiotics for a couple of days and all turned out well. He could have pulled it and caused me even greater pain but he was honest and I respected that. I have been to them before so I can say they are my go to dentists.

Took me as a NP the same day I called (my tooth was in real pain) Dentist was extremely gentle and understanding of my discomfort. I have found my new dentist!

My back tooth had broken off partially on Wednesday and I was able to get in the next day. They were friendly and I was able to get the tooth fixed the same day. Very pleased with my experience with them.

I was greeted with an attitude at the front desk when I did not have my insurance card. The attitude was not looking me in the eye and obvious non verbal facial expressions. My company does nit give insurance cards. Everywhere else I’ve been as afar as a dental facility, had been able to access my insurance information by having my social security number.
The dentist: Dr. Dennis: was no better. I told him that I was nervous and hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. And when he asked me how my teeth were, I told him what I thought. After his examination; it felt like he was only concerned with correcting my assumptions. The hygienist poked my gums, told me I have gum disease noticed that I’m bleeding. I had to ask for a rinse in my mouth, and she tried to sell me a water pic. I was handed off to the lady in finance department to explain further what was going on with my diagnosis and how much it was going to cost. The whole process absolutely sucked! The bedside manner of everyone I encountered, EXCEPT the lady who did my xrays, was the WORST I’ve ever experienced anywhere. No compassion, no empathy, just move right on through like a machine. I’d have rather been taken care of by AI, at least they aren’t programmed for empathy, so I wouldn’t expect it.

I have had nothing but problems seen I started going to Aspen dental. First I went in to get some teeth pulled. I was never given antibiotics before my procedure. The dentist asked if I had taken my antibiotics, I said you never gave me any. He said that's okay we can give you one now. So he gave me a lot of Novocain and pulled the teeth. I started breaking out an then pasted out. I was taken to the ER.
After all of that I had my not permit parcels. So 4 times later after getting several impressions done with no luck, none of them fit! Today I went in and the dentist put the parcel in and it hurt. He said to take them out and I couldn't. They were way to tight and hurts. He come back after struggling to get the teeth out. Hands me the denture cup and says, you can use these as a spare? I will never ever deal with them again

They are not upfront about how they handle billing and charges. Multiple times I paid during time of visit just to end up receiving a bill in the mail weeks later. My final visit to this location I was told I had cavities and the doctor could take care of them right then but I declined and opted for a second opinion. As it turns out, 3 years later and I still don't have any cavities.

Choose professional services over hacks, you'll save a bunch of time and money.

I rate them 3.5 to 4 stars to be honest!
Pros: they were the only dentist that could get my daughter an appointment in an emergency situation. Lady I made appointment with was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. The staff ask were extremely friendly, caring, and knowledgeable.
Cons and reasons for losing off the stars! We had a 10am appointment, we were 13 minutes early for the appointment time not 15 minutes but 13, HOWEVER we were STILL EARLY for the appointment. The waiting room was packed. They proceeded to take everyone back. (Ok no problem there.) We sat and waited an hour at which time two gentlemen came in that told the receptionist they both had 11: 00 appointments. At 10: 58 they called the First Gentleman back. When I started to say something they stopped me and said “you’re next. ” Less than 1 minutes later they came out and got the Second Gentleman. (Didn’t bother looking in my direction then.) IF my daughter hadn’t been in pain and needed emergency care we would have left at this point! Then 10, YES 10, minutes later they FINALLY called her back! Not a happy momma at this point. Not was the patient btw!
2nd con they wouldn’t take my daughters insurance! Which leads me to the 3rd con… they are over priced compared to other dentists in the area! Even out of pocket prices are over priced compared to others.
All in all if you can go somewhere else GO! It’s not worth it to go there unless they take your insurance and they don’t accept many!

This is a horrible substandard shoddy fraudulent office. They billed for services which were never done
The Dr Jeff is basically not around and does not take responsibility for anything. He left a temp bridge in my mouth for over a year and pretended as if everything was ok.

I am a physician myself and trusted this doctor who basically takes no responsibility for his shoddy work, no follow up, fraudulent billing

I am not telling a lie, 100 % truth

Then he gets worried about investigation, then someone calls me from Aspen dental and leaves a number which straight goes into voicemail with no option of leaving a message. What a nightmare!

We've tried for two months to get them to credit a $100 overcharge on serviced for my husband that had been financed through dental first credit. When I've tried to get a resolved, I'm told office manager will call back, but she didn't.

This place is a joke! Came from Erie was sent there because I was there once before because I’m from Erie Pa who doesn’t have a dental hygienist at the current time! They called 4 times before my appointment I get 30
Min away stating I wouldn’t be covered because it was 5 months from last cleaning. I wasted 2 hours for nothing and when I got there said I would have to pay out of pocket so find another dentist and save a hassle and time!

I have had two wisdom teeth removed here. One molar was heaily damaged and it was thought I might need a root canal. Dr. Jeff was able to fix it with just a filling. He also saw me the same day, within an hour in fact, after I chipped my front tooth in a fall. All 4 of my front teeth have fillings or some work done and due to his skillful hand, you'd never know! He and Dr. Nawrocki, the oral surgeon, have excellent bedside manner and calmly talk through everything happening. My only reason for the four-star rating is that I had some confusion with pricing/money left on my account when getting my broken tooth fixed and felt they could have been more transparent, but that's not an issue with the actual medical staff.

Place was a rip off paid 1600 to get teeth cleaned and a tooth extracted defiantly go somewhere else or atleast get second opinion or second quote all they wanted was money still got broken tooth I had when I went in
