Aspen Dental, Fairfield Township OH

Very busy, to many people in & around areas in office. Seem more like getting customers than dealing more with each customer. Need to focus more on each person's needs. Felt like I was @ a grocery store and even one was needing different stuff. I'm not use to that.

Very friendly staff. Office was very pleasant and inviting. Staff was very helpful and understanding when it came to filling out paperwork for someone who has difficulty signing his/her name. Would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone

I had been going to a dentist that had pulled my last remaining upper teeth in October. They never turned in my 2nd insurance to get approval for my dentures and would not give me a partial for my bottom teeth.
My cousin recommended Aspen Dental, I called them the next morning and got in the same day. Both of my insurances were called and covered that same day. And they gave me my full dentures for the top and my partial for the bottom. I highly recommend them.

I had a 2: 15 appointment and I had to wait 40 minutes! Meanwhile, everyone in the waiting room went ahead of me even the people who arrived after me. When I asked what is taking so long, they said something about they jjust gave the paperwork to the dentist! Poor service, and will not go back!

Very friendly and happy with the doctor's work, BUT be careful if you have dental insurance. Be sure you personally obtain a pre-determination in writing exactly what your insurance will cover. I allow the representative at Aspen to call and get the insurance information and I was told my insurance would cover everything and I would not have to pay anything and signed a paper to that fact. I had to pay $358.00. Live and learn.

The staff was awesome. The dentist was great. I would recommend Aspen Dental to every one I know. Terrific dental care and emergency appointments are taken right away. I had no wait. Excellent service just excellent.

Everything was explained to me on what was wrong with my teeth and what needed to be done to make it better. I was given the choice to decide what I wanted to do. No pressure. I made my decision and they started doing what needed to be done. I have had a good experience at the Middletown Aspen Dental.

My love got 3 tooth extractions from Atul Deshmukh. Almost a week later he is in terrible pain from the INJECTION SITES. There are massive holes, cuts, and scrapes on his gums and lip - they look absolutely awful! He said they had a lack of care and concern but now I can literally SEE that. Places like this are why people hate the dentist -_-

I needed and had 3 wisdom teeth extracted today, The oral surgeon did amazing job with extracting them (no pain) and made me feel very comfortable and also the front desk ladies where very sweet and very helpful with any questions i needed answered!

I went for a cleaning. The appointment was on time. The tech was cheerful. She did a fine job of cleaning. I made my next 6 month cleaning. I recommend this location.

The Dentist and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have worked with me to make sure that I walk out of there happy and with a smile to be proud of. I was very impressed with this office and staff.

This company is way more concerned about making money over customer care. The staff do very poor quality work, and do not seem to know anything. If you are looking for a dentist that actually is concerned about your health, it is my strongest recommendation that you do not go to Aspen Dental. (No stars deserved)

Everyone at Aspen Dental Hamilton was pleasant and hard working! Brooklynn at the front desk was quick to get my visit going and everyone was smiling even though they were busy!

The Dr's really seem to care about how you are doing after your procedure they have called me twice to check on me

Dr Martin was a very pleasant individual as were all the employees. I would refer this dental company to my family and friends. Aspen dental is one of the places my insurance is accepted. I went to a different dentist for years, even though he was not in my insurance group. I do like Aspen

I was told my son had several cavities and needed certain treatment couldn't afford it went to a different dentist and was told he didn't have any cavities. I will be taking further action. I want refund and I will be calling local news and attorney! Can't believe this

I've been going to this Aspen Dental for around 6 years. Even though Icve moved across town I've chosen to stay with this practice because of the experienced dentists and hygienists.

Everyone I spoke with were very nice, compassionate, and took time to listen to me. They weren't able to get me approved for replacement dentures, but they didn't judge me or my financial situation. Nor did they make me feel insignificant, like most places do.

I had the best care at Aspen Dental. Each person treated me with A1 professionalism and I was well pleased with the work.

During the hiring process they were very unprofessional and had a horrible lack of communication. They have some turning around to do all around the board. Good luck.
