Aspen Dental, South Lebanon OH

I was so nervous and the assistant manager Stephanie took time out of her day to sit and talk with me and help me feel less anxious and the dentist went quickly and joked and the hygienist was awesome. She talked me thru and helped me feel calmer. Would recommend.

The team at this location South Lebanon seems to really care about the patients there but they are bound by certain corporate rules/policies.altogether i was told the cost of a treatment plan after insurance was over $7k.which, their policy is to pay at least half upfront and the rest before if not on the final visit of the treatment plan, otherwise go thru their contracted finance company.which i was turned down for.they will not do anything unless you meet that criteria.it is apparently the same way at all aspen dental locations.i can understand why dentists' do not do payment arrangements, but that should remain an option if they really do care.due to my own finance situations i do not qualify for county help either.so i guess i am just stuck with dental pain/issues.

This is my first dental experience in which they were completely honest with me and told me what I needed to do in order to have long term dental health. They actually care, and I'm looking forward to having a much healthier mouth going forward.

After being with a private practice for 17 years, I was a little put off by the experience. I am used to every 6 months having an exam and cleaning. Unbeknownst to me, a cleaning is a completely different appointment. They did fit me in for the cleaning but there was a lot of waiting around. Not what I am used to.

Don't trust this company - Back in September I went in for dentures, got a "plan" that I thought was reasonable and paid a deposit to start the procedures. I have insurance but I'm paying cash for any balances.

When they had me asleep to pull my teeth, they supposedly did a $1000 procedure that was NOT on the plan and was NOT covered by insurance. The temporary upper plate is "okay" but the lower temporary partial that they gave me is so wrong that it's given me a lisp and I have trouble talking and eating. I had an under-bite with my real lower teeth that caused crowding because my lower jaw is small. They decided to put my bottom teeth so far forward that they're past my chin to make it easier for them to put the teeth in the partial.

I've repeatedly told them that I would settle my bill once I get the final plates because I don't trust them to make them correctly. It's June and I still don't have the final dentures. They've put me into collections for $700 (for the balance of the $1000 procedure after they used the balance of my deposit) - and they've signed me up for "CARE" account to make payments.

I am curious as to how they can open an account in my name. Go somewhere else.

I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you have hours of free time and nothing to do all day, except come back later the same day you have an appointment just to talk with the office manager about the plan the Dentist recommends for you.

They are very personable and care about the patient's comfort. Thoroughly explain everything they are doing and the recommended treatment and cost, as well as payment options. I highly recommend this dental office.

Staff is friendly, however most work I had done here had to be redone within a year. Billing and customer service has been unresponsive. I did not recieve quality care

They are no nonsense here, we talked about my options and what would be best for teeth. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and the lady that helped set up the Financial help I needed was extremely helpful in explaining the break down of all the costs.

Friendly at front desk. Great dental technician.so sweet. Dentist the absolute best. I am petrified of having dental work done but, at Aspen my dentist is a very compassionate, gentle (as can be), and calming soul.

Liz is the best dental hygienists ever. Not only is her attention to detail and perfection amazing, she is the nicest person on the planet. Don’t know how I lived without her before!

Worst customer service ever. Every time I come here I hate it even more. Soon going to change the dentist.

Our first visit at South Lebanon, OH Aspen Dental visit was a great experience! All the staff is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They made my wife and I feel that we are in good hands for our dental care. All charges were presented to us in a clear manner and explained in detail.
Great office with great staff!

Aspen was very informative and to the point on how your overall health is effected by your teeth.
But, for people left with no access to cover the expensive costs of completing the necessary work.for over all healthy mouth. We are left unattended with a possible determental health sentence.

Dr. Shue and his staff did a great job replacing my broken crown. The new crown fits great and looks great too. As always they were able to schedule my appointments around my work schedule. I appreciate the early morning time slots.

Came in with a broken tooth and they tried to upsell me on $8k worth of other things but wouldn't pull my tooth. Went down the street to Kings Dental and they fixed me right up! I highly recommend Kings over Aspen!

Terrible business. I'm 84 yrs old they charged me $552 for a 20 min Cleaning of 6 teeth. I have partials. Contacted BBB and they said sorry that's what you owe

Tried to do a painful procedure that would cost me 3k out of pocket, went to a friend of family dentist and he said it was totally unnecessary, I just needed to be consistent with flossing. This was five years ago and still no problems and no mention of this by my dentists since.

This place is a Rip off my 83 old mother went there to have a tooth removed by the time she got out of there they had $10000 dollar estimate of work that they said needed by to be done and when she went to pay for the tooth that was removed they Double charged her for her deductible and this would never been found out if it wasn't for going to another dentist and them telling her her deductible was $50 not $100 what they charged her they are crooks and Dr. Shue was very Rude to her by the way the dentist is doing the work for her for $1400 not $10,000 what they wanted to charge I wish this had a rating of zero that's what I would give them I hope this place goes out of business.

Appointment started on time. Paperwork was a quick and easy process. The ladies and the eye doctor were all very nice and patient with my 6 yr old. The entire experience was simple and pleasant.
