I have floaters that I never had before cataract surgery, they nickel and dime you with appointments that accomplish nothing
The doctors are great, but the receptionists are not. Customer service is horrendous. Getting them to answer the phone is nearly impossible, and when you do speak to them, they are rude.
Hate terrible customer service? Choose this place for all your eye needs.
