The workers really care about the patients and so do the doctors.
I would recommend coming here because you will be treated like you are family.

Worst office and experience for my husband. He went to the office with a tremendous amount of pain and could barely put weight on his ankle/foot. Dr. LeMelle just told him to take Ibuprofen 3 times a day and to wear a brace for the rest of his life. Fast forward a week later my husband was in so much pain we made an emergency room visit where we got referred to another office out of Columbus. Doc said there he tendon is stretched and need to be in a boot along with possible surgery and this can be corrected. Would NEVER recommend associates in Podiatry to anyone. Office manger was suppose to call us back as well and NEVER did about switching to another doctor, which they would aloud him to do. Worst experience ever in just a few visits there.

I was treated with the utmost courtesy and compassion. My situation, and its resolution, was clearly explained to me; and the amount of pain I was carrying was respected and addressed, and then very much alleviated. I recommend them with the highest degree of enthusiasm.

Save yourself the headache and just don’t go here. They will only make your problems worse.

Would not recommend. They did nothing for me. I had to cancel several appointments due to other health issues and they wouldn't reschedule me even after I paid for broken appointment.

The doctors and nurses are normally friendly and helpful. However the receptionists are not, my mother accidentally missed her appointment and called to apologize as well as reschedule and they were rude to her and refused, claiming she's missed too many appointments and rescheduled too many times. She hasn't even been there in a long time, she always tries to be there and on time and unfortunately doesn't always have a ride so she does call. This morning they were rude over the phone.

I really loved Dr. Lemelle. He's done 3 surgeries for me, and his staff was wonderful. Until last October. After a canceled surgery, they tried to bill me for a missed appointment I had already paid, plus another I was told was canceled when my next surgery was canceled. I was told to call when I had completed PT. I did, then suddenly started getting these bills. I called, and the first office lady started to yell at me that "this is just the way it is" as if I was expected to pay a bill I'd paid over a year ago, and had my receipt (she refused to even look at it). The second lady gave me an email, and I sent the proof of payment. I never heard back, and now I am playing email tag explaining this again to the online support. While this back and forth is happening, Dr Lemelle has not returned my calls for months. I desperately need to get an mri now that pt is done. These delays have allowed my tumors have spread unchecked, and I am in a wheelchair. I can't drive for work, and I am too poor to get a lawyer for much. I'm a single mom and my oldest is disabled. The state might put him into a facility if I can't care for him as he gets bigger. Associates in Podiatry may have just destroyed my entire life, and I don't even know why. What happened? Why would they do this to me?

Dr Kerr confirmed I had a stress fracture with an X-ray.then told me to ask my family physician about it later in the week.
HE DID NOTHING. Don't waste your time here. They'll also ask you to wear a mask but none of the staff wear them properly.if you want to immediately be frustrated by people who can't do their job, then go here.
