Athletico Physical Therapy - Vandalia

Athletico has gone above and beyond in their treatment of me as a client. From my first appointment, the staff knew my name, and throughout my treatment, every staff member made an effort to form a bond with me even if I didn't work with them in my treatment process, which is truly unique to Athletico. Everyone in the office treated me like a friend and not a client, which made my appointments exciting to come too. My physical therapist was Stacie, and she went above and beyond for me, which has led to a much faster recovery from my injury. Stacie genuinely cares about her patients, which is evident when you work with her. Overall I can’t say anything negative about my experience at Athletico, and I would recommend a friend without a doubt.

I had two total knee replacement surgeries in the last 7 months! The care and attention to my recovery was phenomenal! Stacey runs a Great Rehab Center! I always felt that all of her people listen and adjust treatment to what ever issues may pop up! They truly care and are compassionate to what you are going through! I had gone to Kettering Therapy in Englewood initially for my first surgery in December of last year I would not recommend anybody go there! It was barbaric! And they had no compassion or care of how you were doing! Worst experience ever! Very happy I found Athletico! Will be back after my next surgery and will continue to direct people there! Thank you for all that everyone did for me!

Everyone at the Vandalia office was so welcoming, well-educated and understanding. Cassidy at the front desk was so upbeat and friendly, she knew everyone that walked in the door by name, she made it her mission to put me and everyone at ease. Caleb was the main therapist that worked with me was incredibly supportive. He gave me the tools I needed to make sure my back was no longer an issue in my life. I have a lot more confidence since working with him because I have been able to stretch out my back and avoid spasms and calling off work. He’s personable and he became a professional friend. I appreciated that he would push me further each appointment because he was sure I could handle it. I know he will help countless people get back on their feet again. Austin was also wonderful and supportive. He knows his job and I felt secure working with him. I didn’t get to work with Stacie but I know she is a PT genius from the team she runs. I always appreciated that while she was giving 100% of her attention to her patients, she was also watching and would give compliments, such as good form, etc. Overall, I would recommend Athletico to anyone and everyone that needs a safe, supportive and educated place to get back on their feet.

The entire team is very nice and helpful! They are caring about all of their patients. Making sure each of us get the care we need. They make it a fun environment while we do our stretches and workouts. I highly recommend this location of Athletico!

All of the employees at Athletico are very helpful and kind from the time you walk in the door through the end of your appointment. The therapists are very knowledgeable and find a clear path to recovery. I have seen them for several different issues over the years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Darren did a great job with my should issue. He diagnosed it and gave me exercises to carry out at home. I did so as prescribed and am happy to say my motion range and strength have returned to normal and pain is gone.

Everyone knows that rehab can be a frustrating experience, but Darren and Stacie are incredibly warm and personable and have made my whole experience great. Stacy even came to a doctors appointment with me to better understand what my surgeon wanted for my physical therapy. The environment at Vandalia Athletico is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone!

Athletico is a wonderful place. Darren is amazing. He has magic hands. He is so supportive and encouraging. The entire staff at the Vandalia Athletico is the best. They are the best. I would recommend anyone needing physical therapy to go to Vandalia Athletico you will not find a better staff to get you back to 100%.

Came in with horrible knee pain constantly… after coming in twice a week for around a month, per say, i have lost pain tremendously! Everyone that works here is so kind and helpful as well:)

I have to come to looking forward to Physical Therapy and how much it has helped my back I didn't think it was going to but it has I was worried that I was going to have to have surgery and I'm hopeful that this will help enough that I won't have to so thank you to this amazing team for helping me to feel better

I have worked and have received treatment at Athletico Vandalia! First off, it is a positive environment and it is great to see that the Therapist really advocate for their patients! I have been treated by both Darren and Stacie and have received education of what was going on and great treatment from both of them during my time there!

From my first visit I felt very relaxed and respected. At larger facilities I feel more like I'm on an assembly line, this office was just the right size for individualized care. The entire staff was friendly, caring and helpful.

Stacy and Darren were the best. I mostly worked with Darren and I can’t say enough about him, always listening and using my feed back to make adjustments to improve my results. It was nice to be heard. I highly recommend this location and these therapists.

I love interacting with every person at the Vandalia Athletico! They show true concern for their patients and it’s the best PT experience I’ve had!
