Used Atlas Butler to clean a clog in my Cast Iron Sewer drain that Roto Rooter had already came out and cleared 2x for 1,100 a pop! Roto Rooter came out and said they had to use a "JET SPRAY" which is why it was so expensive. The told me it was not covered for warranty the second time (which happened only 3 days later) because they told us the clog was new materials. By the THIRD TIME I it happened again (another 3 days later) Roto Rooter came out and said it was another 1,100 and then finally told me it was a descaling I needed on the Cast Iron Pipe and they would do it for 4500. WHAT!? I tried to talk with the tech which told me "we don't make the prices, sorry dude. " At this point it was 6pm at night, and I had to open the next day. I was jammed and immediately called Atlas Butler for a second opinion, HOPING they had an emergency service. Luckily they did, dispatched a tech for 9pm that night. The tech immediately cleared the line for $300 (fair based on my history and in my opinion) and then immediately offered us the descaling procedure for $500 bucks! He couldn't do it then, but scheduled us for early the next day and we were up and running, open for business before anyone was the wiser! All total, I was out less than 1000 and it has been 2 weeks without a problem. Roto Rooter is an absolute scam, and I found out later that their techs work on commission. What? ! No wonder why the price was so high and they never diagnosed the problem. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Atlas Bulter and FOR SURE I will be calling them again for ALL our commercial and residential needs. THANK YOU!

I called their plumbing department. They did a great job analyzing my plumbing problem and correcting it. They wore masks and booties over their shoes in my house. I am very satisfied.

I bought a new furnace and A/C from Steve who gave me a great deal and really explained his recommendation well. Steve was able to schedule the install for the next day. We were without heat for only 32 hours. The install crew lead by Mitch was fantastic. Mitch and his crew really enjoy their work. The new furnance works great and the clean up was excellent.
