Great store.great people that have any info for you at a touch of their notpad screen.and great promotikn deals.

This store is a joke. Couldn’t even pay our bill kept getting told to come back in 20 minutes. Then had to wait another hour on top of that. As soon as my phone is payed off we will be switching providers because this was ridiculous. Don’t ever go to at&t in Celina worst place ever

I would give a full 5 stars, but I sat in the store for 2 hours waiting for assistants to pay my bill. I finally told the one and only sales person that I would come back tomorrow, and I left.
That store needs more help!

Disapointed. No sample phone to look at, no description of phone or its perks given. He was kind of rude in his explantation of the operating system. Didn't realize he snuck in an item we told him we where going to wait on. Didn't let me make sure the new address was correct. Dont think he gave us a receipt for the phone we ordered. I assume they get commission on that. Wow.

Pretty cool people. Helped me and the wife switch over from the hell that is verizon. We also switched from Wabash and got Directv service since we would get discounts and more benefits for having AT&T. After having everything about 2 weeks, i can say this was a great decision!

One of the best experiences I've ever had! I was able to save money by switching to Directv and get a free phone from a promotion they were doing. I highly recommend going to see them.

Fool me once. While on vacation I had to replace my wife’s phone in June. The transaction was a typical experience. I was offered the all the promo add-ons, insurance and such. I respectfully declined. They assisted in setting up the phone and transferring the data over. Customer service was good. However, I reviewed my bill for July and it was way overpriced for what I knew I would be. I was charged the activation fee as expected. But I wasn’t expecting to be hit with an insurance package charge after I told them I didn’t want it. I don’t know how much commission they make off those packages but I want to warn you to pay close attention during your transaction. It’s easy for them to slip that in there and you will have no clue until your bill comes.

Thankfully AT&T corporate customer service was great about removing the charge and crediting me back the money paid out.

This store is an authorized retailer if AT&T products and plans.

Very pleasant people. They took the time to show me all the ins and outs of the new phone since my kids talked me into going to an iPhone and not my beloved Samsung. It'll take some getting used to, but thats ok.

Just switched service to AT&T. The staff was very helpful and informative answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.

I enjoyed my visit to the store. Service was good and I was greeted with a smile and good attitude.
