My family and I are on a large plan together and Logan helped us understand the breakdown and each of us will be getting new phones this week! She was super helpful and friendly and we will use her when it’s time to upgrade!

Marysville AT&T gave me the BEST phone experience I've ever had, Sierra and Logan are very helpful and seem to enjoy what they do, and work good as a team! Will most definitely recommend this store to family and friends and will always make the drive to go here instead of my closest AT&T!

Marysville ohio AT&T is a very clean store and people there are very nice Logan helped me out and she seemed like she knew how to do things a lot more better than a lot of people that works for AT&T she is a very nice woman and I would have my family and friends and go with AT&T and go through Logan she got my phone to work.

Like so many I dread having to go to the store and have them mess with my account, but Sierra and Logan always make it so easy and quick, I don’t mind going to our local AT&T, highly recommended and I leave happy everytime!

I have had AT&T for many years, been to several stores and today I had hands down the best customer experience ever! I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by both employees. Carrie helped me and I can honestly say that she was the nicest, most helpful, knowledgeable representative I've ever dealt with. She went above and beyond for me, I didn't catch the guys name in there but he was also very helpful, they both made me feel like I mattered and that is sadly rare nowadays. I highly recommend this store, if you want to feel like your business matters to a company stop in there! This is why I stay with AT&T.

I came to this store looking for a new phone and I was dreading it. I hate dealing with getting a new device and the time it takes. However, it ended up being the fastest and easiest AT&T trip ever. Sierra showed me what options I had and explained everything in easy to understand terms. Once I made my choice she quickly checked me out and got my phone information transferred over. I can’t say enough how easy the whole process was and how great Sierra was to work with. I will definitely be visiting this location again for my phone needs!

I came in for a simple question thats been bugging me for a while on my phone. Cameron was more than helpful and also showed me a couple more things to help me out.

CHRIS IS AMAZING PLEASE HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM! He single handedly helped three customers that were in line ahead of me on this busy afternoon. That’s right, I had to wait in line for a long time before being helped but that’s because patient and knowledgeable Chris was working ALONE during this busy time of the day. He’s a great multi tasker and really made sure that everyone was heard and helped BUT come on management, get your act together and don’t leave your employees stuck with large customer queues and no help! Check your volumes and plan accordingly, Verizon had music playing, seating, and five employees ready to help. Kid’s got potential and you should do everything you can to keep him around.
