Nice and friendly staff. The one policy needs to change. Where the staff has to escort you to the front door when you leave. It makes you feel like you did something wrong. Like you're going to shoplift on the way out the door. Do this and you get the last star.
Ronnie was amazing! He helped us pick up great phones, set everything up for us and answered every single question we had! We were greeted by him within seconds of walking and helped immediately. Our experience was amazing!
Wanted to switched to at&t and right when I walked in an employee greeted me. It was Crazy smooth. Crazy fast. I'm pretty sure it took about 30 minutes and I switched carriers and got a new phone and was out of the building. The guy that helped me I think his name was Brian but that dude was awesome! Super helpful and funny. You can tell it's a good work environment everyone there was doing a great job and having a good time.

Worked with Brenda and Jake, they were super helpful and did a great job of explaining the plans.
Daniel the assistant manager was fantastic. He was so patient and helpful as we was getting our daughters phone and was able to suggest other items finding the best plan option for us. We left very happy and thankful that we had Daniels help. He offered us his cell number if we had any questions or issues which I thought was very kind. Will definitely be back for future upgrades!

Phone Prices Are Aliite Higher Then Other Places. Answered My Questions And Was Able To Do Returns
Terrible. I had Verizon then I made a mistake of going to at&t good luck with a hotspot.pH service went down hill fast.

Brenda was amazing and SO helpful! She was able to answer all of our questions and work quickly and efficiently with our three kids running around. We would highly recommend going to see her for anything. We switched all our cell service and internet to AT&T.
If you go in avoid the high schooler. He doesn't know anything about anything. Just a very unfortunate situation all the way around.
I came in to get an issue with my phone addressed. I was unable to receive any form of help from their employees. They just continually passed me off from one person to the other and could never help to male sure I can get my phone back up and running.
The AT&T 5GE in Grove City has been down for over a year. Clearly AT&T does not care about their customers in Grove City.
