They have a very poor mannered staff & no real care for the customers.everything is a money grab. Also they seem to never know how to actually solve an issue when you have one. It's always "idk call customer supoort". Oh im sorry did you not know how to do YOUR JOB? Because I'm confused. If I could rate negative stars I would. Genuinely never had a pleasant experience here.
We had a great experience at this store with both Tyler and Alex. Tyler helped us initially to figure out how best to accomplish adding me to my husbands account. We didn’t have everything we needed on our end so we came back later the same day and Alex helped us finish everything. They were both super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process easy. I also got a sizable discount on my new phone which makes me really happy. This was easily the best cell phone store experience I can remember ever having, highly recommend them!
Just came back from the store. It is supposed to open at 10: 00 am, but at 10: 30 still closed.
Att for better service.prices higher too.but funny they cant get a signal.good one.at the store

Unfortunately this store sold a $600 phone to an international student at OWU and then put the charge on our account without our authorization. True story. Still waiting for the manager to respond.
